FedEx delayed my package for over a week after its initial delivery date, they're the only issue. Extreme Terrain always has the best customer service and was helpful to track down my package and keep me updated.
Starter was delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was easy. You don't know how bad the original starter is until you have a new one. Installation took about 30 minutes. Easy-peasy.
Everything was great about the actual product. The quality and ease of assembly was very good. Unfortunately we have a big problem with FedEx that still hasn't been solved. They keep shipping to the wrong address. Luckily o was able to retrieve this package. I'm currently waiting for another order from you that is lost again as I write this review. Change to ups! Lol. It seems pretty easy to assemble. The only issues were packaging for delivery or delivery there was a few spots that were scraped down that need to be touched up on the bumper. Also the bumper is bowed and a little off set
