I ordered flush mount oracle tail lights for my Jeep gladiator and the first order was defective. Extreme terrain customer service had a new set sent out to me within 3 days. Highly impressed with the customer service and the tail lights look great.
Received the part quickly and used the video attached to do the installation myself. Worked out great, back to being trail ready!
Ordering was great and delivery quick. The biggest disappointment was the installation and instructions. They were really vague and downright incorrect. They referenced a green wire when the wire was actually yellow.As mentioned in other reviews, the included wire connectors suck. I had some Positaps sitting aroung and they worked great. Good value, but not real high quality.

FedEx delayed my package for over a week after its initial delivery date, they're the only issue. Extreme Terrain always has the best customer service and was helpful to track down my package and keep me updated.
Starter was delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was easy. You don't know how bad the original starter is until you have a new one. Installation took about 30 minutes. Easy-peasy.
Everything was great about the actual product. The quality and ease of assembly was very good. Unfortunately we have a big problem with FedEx that still hasn't been solved. They keep shipping to the wrong address. Luckily o was able to retrieve this package. I'm currently waiting for another order from you that is lost again as I write this review. Change to ups! Lol.
