Hard to return items. Make sure, you have exact info and the amount of pictures that they need for a return. Because once you are in the return section and then go to your camera to take a picture, The return section cancels and goes all the way back to the beginning. And then you have to start the whole process over again.

Our initial order didn't work out. The part was too large so needed returned. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful.
I had trouble placing my order online, so called and not only placed my order but got good advice. Got a better option and it was a great fit and install

This is my second time shopping with Extreme Terrain so far everything has worked out very well. Had help when needed, and items arrived as advertised.
I have rarely not been able to find what i need or am looking for. If i don't see it i simply email them and i get a reply in a day or two with a possible solution or other options that may work for what i am doing. The prices have always been reasonable.
