Extreme Terrain had everything I needed complete with their personal reviews and installation instructions and videos. My equipment was delivered quickly, and they kept me informed of the delivery status through the entire process. Very impressive.
Easy navigation on the site, easy ordering process, and came on time. It is simple, they did what I expected and no issues.
I had ordered a light bar holder and associated wiring harness and relay. I received a message that said I received it and it had a weird name who signed for it. ( I hadn't received it at all) I was getting ready for a trip and was bummed cause I really needed those parts and it had been three weeks already. I called customer service an extremely nice lady ( Fromm Philly) answered right away and said " we'll we'll just get a new shipment out right away then figure out what happened to your original order. I was like WOW! These guys are awesome! Thank you for the exceptional service!

Sales person at Extreme told me what parts I needed for my front end. I purchased over 1K in parts. Kit was missing necessary studbolt, so work stopped. I called and they offered to sell me one (should have given one as it was your mistake and cost me time.) for $31. I pay, then I wait. When it arrives I go to install and I was sent the wrong relocation clamp (your mistake again.) I call the manufacturer (my time) to be sure they confirm. I ordered from another vendor. Then I contact extreme (my time again) to ask about a return. They tell me to go to an email link and send photos. I hang up and do as instructed. Then the link doesn't work. Then I call again (moooooore time). Another CSR sends a new link. This one wants a picture of the box I am sending it back in (mooooore time and why?) then charges me to send back the wrong part that Extreme recommended (your mistake my money and time). So sorry, I cannot recommend you. I do recommend that you review your processes and streamline them so that you can have happy customers. Model after amazon. They keep everyone happy.
