We order a new larger radiator for our 1998 Jeep TJ. The order indicated a shipping date. A few days past that time we still had heard nothing so contacted ET. Found out that the item was out of stock at the manufacturers and wouldn't be available for more than a month. We weren't too happy that manufacturer couldn't have contacted us or ET sooner with that info but the associate at ET found another make to replace it, got the replacement ordered and canceled the original order. Did I mention we were up against a travel deadline? ET got the shipment set up in time for delivery in time for us to hit the road as planned. Their customer service is always the best.

Ordered side steps for my Tacoma and they arrived pretty quickly. Unfortunately, one of the steps was damaged and it appears it was due to the brackets not being wrapped well enough to prevent them from scratching the steps in transit. The scratches weren't significant enough for me to return them and Extreme Terrain offered a partial refund when I asked.
