Not satisfied at all! I have already sent one email explaining what happened and now I'm sending this, does anybody there read reviews/complaints. In a nutshell I ordered 2 day shipping and received package on 4th day. Fedex said they received the order, and it did not state 2 day shipping so they sent it ground. Spent an extra 14 dollars for nothing

One of my support arms broke off and ET had the replacement part that I needed instead of having to purchase a new phone holder. It saved a lot of money and it works perfectly.
I found an open box item that I wanted to purchase. The sales representative said he could not take my order and I would have to go on line to be able to purchase it. So I went on line and put the item in my cart. I then filled out the shipping info. Next I clicked on card to pay-nothing happened. I kept clicking my mouse on the box where I needed to input my credit card number-nothing worked. I called in again and the person was not able to help me. After a while, I hit the back button several times to get back where I started. After filling in all the information again, I was able to input my credit card number. This was a very frustrating experience.

The reviews and the product were excellent. The shipping was fast and everything was in top shape. I love the way the bars look on my jeep and even the mechanic who helped to put it on complimented them and said they looked really good.
Easy install it took a couple hrs of work. Good quality product. Improves braking for oversized wheels. Better than factory/oem.

The paper template that was provided was not the actual size of the bracket. This is a HUGE issue since we followed that template and drilled into the truck. Please advise.
