I purchased tires and had them delivered to my house in 2 days
One of my support arms broke off and ET had the replacement part that I needed instead of having to purchase a new phone holder. It saved a lot of money and it works perfectly.
I found an open box item that I wanted to purchase. The sales representative said he could not take my order and I would have to go on line to be able to purchase it. So I went on line and put the item in my cart. I then filled out the shipping info. Next I clicked on card to pay-nothing happened. I kept clicking my mouse on the box where I needed to input my credit card number-nothing worked. I called in again and the person was not able to help me. After a while, I hit the back button several times to get back where I started. After filling in all the information again, I was able to input my credit card number. This was a very frustrating experience.
The reviews and the product were excellent. The shipping was fast and everything was in top shape. I love the way the bars look on my jeep and even the mechanic who helped to put it on complimented them and said they looked really good.
Easy install it took a couple hrs of work. Good quality product. Improves braking for oversized wheels. Better than factory/oem.

The paper template that was provided was not the actual size of the bracket. This is a HUGE issue since we followed that template and drilled into the truck. Please advise.

Fast shipping, Friendly Staff, No issues. Great Prices.
Ordering went great. Recieved my door replacement rubber but was missing the clip on felt pieces for the bottom of the window for both doors. Called first time and got no response. Called a second time and got handed off to someone I thought would resolve the issue of missing pieces. Claimed it was the responsibility of a second party. 3 weeks in to it now and no resolution and they won't return emails.
Buyer beware. They have customer support but it's not good.
Expect to pay for the same items twice to complete your project.

Because I purchased 2 items- a cab cover & a tonneau- very close together….but the website was easy to navigate & I especially appreciated the comments from Jeep owners who already purchased the items I was thinking about! The cab cover fits over my soft top & kept the rain out of the Jeep completely! I have yet to install the tonneau but I will say that both items purchased arrived very quickly! Thank you!
