The ET website is extremely easy to use, find the product you want and order it. Shipping was extremely fast and updates were provide along the way. It was a great experience!
I had a winch that died the first time it was used and the customer service person took back the defective unit. Unfortunately there was no replacement in stock so I had to get a different model.
The box was received unscathed but inside the manufacturer's packaging it was obvious that the pump had worn a hole through the carry case. The pump itself was fine and performs well but the way the manufacturer puts it in the case allowed the pump to damage the bag.
It's been very hard to find certain parts for my 1969 Jeepster, but Extreme Terrain had the exact mirror that I needed! It was in stock and arrived in just a few days
I purchased a bed rack for my Jeep Gladiator to mount a rooftop tent on. The site indicated I would get it within 2 business days. This was an ideal situation as it would allow me to assemble my truck that weekend for a camping trip the following weekend. I paid for the "Shipping Assurance" as well.
Well... They sent me an email saying the rack had shipped but upon examination this was innacurate. UPS tracking said only a label had been printed and nothing had been transferred to them. That doesn't mean "shipped" to me. This status stayed the same for 2 days. The day it was supposed to arrive I contacted customer service, and they launched an investigation. I was told the "investigation" would take 3 days, then if they didn't find the item a replacement would be sent within 2 or 3 days after that. I complained a little and reminded them I paid for "Shipping Assurance". After a little back and forth I was told a replacement would be shipped within 2 or 3 days in accordance with the Shipping Assurance policy. Well, again I receive a "your item has shipped" email. However, identically to the last time a replacement label has been printed, but again it has not been picked up by UPS and it looks like my rack will yet again not ship out. There's no way I'm going to get it in time to attach it and my tent to my truck before my trip. If it even ships it won't be here until the following Monday - 6 business days AFTER the promised 2 business day delivery.
The part I ordered did not fit and I keep getting told yes it does

I was pleased with the person who helped me via chat as they reimbursed me for the extra shipping fees I paid. I was bummed not to have received the product for the trip.
