Ordered a front guard grill was exactly like the one that was already on my Jeep, price was good and had it within two days. I'll be using you all for a lot more of my Jeep orders.

My order came in with a defective part, and your company would not replace the piece in question. I was not asking for a replacement order, I just wanted the one piece that was defective. I wasn't trying to get over on anyone, just make my order right. It's costing me about 92.00 dollars a day while my jeep is broken. The hours I work are before the mechanic shop is open and I work till after they are closed, I can't gather the info that's requested by your company. So now I have a broken jeep, losing almost a hundred dollars a day when I use a government vehicle and out of the money I spent with your company. I will never your company again, nor will I recommend your company to anyone. Disgrace for an American company.

Part did not fit I was trying to buy a third brake light for my jeep gladiator said it fit but it was not the one for the to replace the factory light which is what I need

Price was right, item was as described and delivery was as stated it would be.

Ordered easily, however Maersk tracking website useless, according to it my shipment is still in Kansas somewhere. Called Maersk helpline after sipment did not arrive on forcast date, was told it was being shpped to wrong tranfer point Jacksonville 6 hours away, and 3rd party shipper would make final delivery, was told they woyld not call beforehand and no signstute required. Called Extreme Terrain and was told that was incorrect and you don't use ny 3rd party shippers and shipment required signature. Called Maersk again and got name of Pensacola airfield 3rd party, they scheduled delivery 3 days late, and it was sucessfully delivered - no signature required.

Installation was not very clear on exactly what softtop parts came off and what stayed. Was very difficult to get holes to line up ad bolts were barely long enough for two top holes at rollbar crossbeam.

Not yet installed but in the box they appear well built. I've enjoyed browsing the products offered by Extreme Terrain.

Ordered a new set of tires, wheels and custom grille for a 2017 Wrangler JK. The ordering process was easy. There were helpful videos that helped me make sure I was getting the right products for my jeep. Tires & wheels came mounted and balanced, so all I had to do was put them on. Shipping was fast. Overall a great experience!
