Great product. I thought for the price they would be average. Delivered right away and put them on the same day. They went on easy and the quality was awesome.

Install went well, you'll need several pieces of equipment to do it right. Including hose pinching pliers, M8x1.25 bolts to remove rotors, impact driver very helpful, torque wrench, ect. This was my second time doing brakes, if you take your time and watch some YouTube videos it should go well for anyone.

I ordered through them because they advertised quick shipping. 10 days later, there is still no progress in shipping or update on the replacement product being shipped. Highly unsatisfied.

I ordered some rear floor mats on a Saturday that I needed for Sunday desperately and the website prompted me for Sunday delivery for an extra $5 and some change. I knew it sounded to good to be true so I gave it try since when I order through Amazon I see that they've delivered items to my front door at 4am which o was amazed by. Nevertheless here it is Tuesday and still no mats. I talked with customer service and they was nonchalant so I'm taking by business else where. Never know a company to be so money hungry over a $5 shipping charge where they failed to meet the commitment. What was a good company has shown me that they don't give a damn about anything except making a buck no matter if they failed on there end. The csr says you don't qualify for free shipping I was asking for free shipping I knew I didn't qualify for free shipping but their website said get it by Sunday for and additional $5 BEWARE OF THEIR SHIPPING just go with normal slow as hell shipping practices cause they don't stand behind what they say. Then when I told the csr that my jeep club would be notified and we would look elsewhere they want to offer a $10 voucher they're missing the whole damn point.

I recently purchased what I thought was a set of replacement door hinges for our Jeep Wrangler. I scheduled time a month out with our Jeep dealership to get the hinges replaced (the OEM hinges were failing and one door hardly opens). I dropped it off this morning only to get a call telling me that I had in fact purchased only an "exterior" set of hinges and that I would need to buy a separate set of 'body' hinges, which I've now done. And I have to get the repairs rescheduled and get the car back over there again next month.

It would be a better customer experience - and good business, as well as relatively easy - to auto-prompt a customer at time of purchase whether they want/need to buy the "full set" of hinges. It would have saved me time and aggravation, as well as the $45 cost of an unexpected Uber back to the dealership.

Items came on time, in good condition. Some even came before the expected time frame.

Fast and knowledgeable customer service. Wheels came delivered in mint condition with tires already mounted and balanced.

I ordered an open box rear bumper for a Toyota Tacoma. After a little prep painting, I installed the bumper and it looks great! Open box purchases can be risky but this worked out great.

There was a miscommunication of a charge back by paypal. After this was resolved, my extreme terrain account was flagged and I could not make a purchase. I called customer service to explain and though the agent seeminglyling understood the misunderstanding, there was nothing they could do to release the ban of my account.
