I had never had a bad experience with ET until recently. Ordered a set of TPMS sensors and an activation tool and received the first set missing one. No problem, things happen so a return and replacement was set up. Received the second order - same issue even after I was ensured this order would be correct! Now I need to take pictures and drive to FedEx AGAIN because of their mistake. So now, several weeks later, I am waiting and hoping the 3rd order will arrive correct. Project delayed, frustration growing.
The brackets are too long and the holes are not cut for the Bronco. This is false advertising and I want my money back.
I ordered a set of upper and lower control arms for my 97 wrangler. They shipped fast so ill give them that. But when i got them, one was covered in rust. And the other had all kinds of gunk in the threads. When i contacted them to let them know, they said "oh we dont usually do that" and then acted surprised when i wanted a refund. On top of all of this. Instead of just sending me a label to slap on a box and ship back i had to take it two towns over and have it shipped out. And they STILL have my money. So shortly they will have their junk parts and MY money. Awful service. Awful buisness model. My refund should have been sent immediatley following my call. There are much better places to order from. Dont waste your time with this place.

Very quick shipping and excellent customer service
Ordered a roof rack. Didn't get delivered, when I followed up was told that I'd have to contact the shipping company to figure out why. When it finally showed up the box was pretty beat up and torn open. Was missing parts. Extreme Terrain gave me a $20 coupon.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED 3 TIMES BEFORE I HAD TO SPEND 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE MAKING SURE IT WENT THROUGH. THEN I HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR TRACKING AND INVOICE TO BE SENT TO ME. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE NAME ON THE INVOICE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG.

Great products and fast shipping. The site seemed a little slow on loading thing but understandable due to the massive amount of information and products it needs to display. The lift kit I ordered was very nice but it would be helpful if rough country would notate the top and bottom of the rear coil springs.
Had a wonderful experience super happy the product is quality. He got there when they said it would. Everything was great.

Packaging on heavy, powdercoated items should be better. I would love to not see bare steel from fall damage on most items I purchace. My substandard paint jobs never truly hide the shipping scars.

Pretty simple. Saw what I wanted. Bought it and it was delivered quite quickly.
Top fits nicely, easy installation, great price & very fast shipping.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
