Ordering the appropriate parts, shipping times, and receipt of items was timely. However, I ordered a Superchips Flashpaq F5 for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and it does not function. I plug it into my jeep, the initial light turns on but then nothing else happens. I downloaded the Ignition app and tried to plug it into my computer, and the same thing happens. The app continues to say "Plug in device to check for updates."... I am about to go through the return process to swap for a different device, will update comment later if given the opportunity.

I will let you know when I receive my order. I ordered this a while back with new fender flares, and there is not even enough hardware in the box I got, to do 1 flare, Says it will do all four. The second one I received was also short pieces. Had enough from both boxes to get the job done. Wasn't to happy to have to order twice, when it says it will do all four fenders. The rivets were two different sizes also, from one box to the other.

Order straight from JKS but it sat there for 4 days without shipping, contacted extreme terrain to. Edify the correct ones, ordered and had it before the Jks ones arrived and sent those back to Jks. Good job ET!

Ordered parts for a Jeep and only half of the part showed up

These are gifts and I know that my grandsons will love the items. I have not seen them so I am hoping that everything is going to be find with them.

Part look perfect, though not installed yet. I never received an order confirmation, though.

Two bumpers not shipped at same time; on-line chat answered my question, one came directly from the factory a few days later. Nice to be able to understand the process on-line

Only draw back i came across was some items show up more than once and with different prices. So you gave to be careful and make sure you've found the itmes lowest price.

Was a little worried since you get what you pay for. Overall the awning looks pretty well made and thought out. The cover and function of the awning is pretty stop one. Now I install two of these awning and 2 different racks. The mount brackets are a universal type so we had to get different hardware to mount one. And the 2nd one we had to make our own mount spacer. The walls is pretty cool but can be a 2 man job to fold up and put away in a nice small box.
