Was a little worried since you get what you pay for. Overall the awning looks pretty well made and thought out. The cover and function of the awning is pretty stop one. Now I install two of these awning and 2 different racks. The mount brackets are a universal type so we had to get different hardware to mount one. And the 2nd one we had to make our own mount spacer. The walls is pretty cool but can be a 2 man job to fold up and put away in a nice small box.
I have been dealing with Extreme Terrain for the past two years. Very pleased with products bought, shopping simplicity, and prompt shipping and delivery services.

Overall happy with my experience. Thankfully didn't have to sign for my delivery. I work night shift and sleep during the day so would've missed my delivery.
Great product built quality seems robust for the price. However, bought it on Black Friday for $569.99 plus $99 for oversize lift gate shipping. Checked back a week later it was $683.99 with no shipping charges. I did save $15 but if you're going to wait for "deals" on this product I wouldn't bother and just pay the regular price because it's not much of a deal really.
I placed an order in November 2023 for six items totaling over $3200.00. One item arrived quickly. The main item on the order was shipped across country to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Took days to get answers on my delivery, but was told that it was shipped from a vendor, and they could not expedite a replacement. So far, my replacement item still hasn't shipped. A second item arrived. Another item was marked "delivered", but was not delivered to me. I was told I would have to file a police report before they could do anything because someone "signed" for the package. I am still waiting for one other item to be shipped in addition to the replacement bumper, but no one from "customer service". Seems to be able to do anything.

Little pricey for expedited shipping and a bout a week for standard shipping not un common or unreasonable but would like to see quicker more affordable shipping
Called and spoke to the person and he got me the correct parts I needed and sent them in a timely manner, very satisfied.

If there were instructions it might have mentions that heating the parts with a hair dryer would help getting it to conform to the body of the vehicle.

Shopping experience was not difficult at all. Even had to call Installation Support since the Installation Video didn't have the correct year for my vehicle. Support person told me that the side steps I wanted would fit since the years on the video have not been updated.
