The steps arrived in illinois 2 days after purchase. They were well packaged and damage free.
Installation took about 45 minutes and extremely easy with just a ratchet and flathead screwdriver to remove the caps in rocker.
The steps are a little awkward for me (5'10") but great height for wife and kids.
The parts selection was vast. The parts were well described and illustrated.
