I bought a bull bar from extreme Terrain my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. After giving them all the information on my truck the website said it was compatible for my truck. So I purchased the bull bar during checkout they asked me if I would like it installed they wood find a company to install it for $275 so I did it. I received an email from them for a company that would do it. I call the company and set up a date to have it installed on 12/13/23. Today 12/15/23 I was getting the end of the roaring 20 warning that my front Collision sensor may need to be cleaned. I've only had the truck 3 weeks so I knew the sensor was not dirty. I contacted extreme Terrain and they told me they were aware that sometimes this happens and that I would probably have to have my sensor moved. So he gave me two solutions either return it which I would have to have somebody uninstall it which is going to cost me more money or he could give me partial credit and try to get the sensor moved. I ask him that if they knew that there was a problem why that was not put on the website before buying it he could not answer that. So gave him two solutions give me a full refund plus the $275 for the installation plus whatever it cost to have it taken off or give me full credit for the bull bar and I will try to see if I cannot get the sensor fixed. He said neither one of those were going to happen. So if you buy from this company just hey it's going to fit does it mean it's going to

If I wanted to leave a review I know how to. I don't need a company asking if I received it just to solicit a review.
I recieved my four wheels and one was wrong color, contacted customer service and they helped me get a new wheel on the way along with a return shipping notice so I wasnt out the return amount.
My package was delivered to wrong location. Luckily the house it was delivered to contacted the company.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
