I needed to replace my muffler and exhaust tip since my old one was broken. I ordered this thinking I may want a little nice sounding exhaust. I received the parts in a timely manner and had almost everything I needed to install it. The only thing I didn't have was the flange gasket and hardware to connect the new exhaust connection to the old exhaust connection. I got the parts installed and it looks great. The sound is a little louder than I thought, but it sounds great even for a V6. Highly recommend this if you want an easy to install solution to your 4runner exhaust.

The parts came in damaged. The tec helping me out worked through all options with me. Big help we ended up keeping the damaged part and getting a 1/2 credit. Not ideal but it fit my time frame which is exactly what I needed. Extremely helpful. I recommend extrem to everyone.

Extremely quick shipping with the parts in-stock, packaged well, communication was great and the products were as advertised. Customer support is dismal on issues. One item showed a tracking umber was created and a week later - Fed Ex still had not received the item. 1st call to support was a waste of time-they were supposed to get with purchasing and find out. No call back from Extreme Terrain, called again, finally got someone to check, 8 to 12 week out. I canceled item, waiting on credit.

I ordered a Barricade HD Front Bumper with, "20-Inch Light Bar" (at least that's what they listed as). After installation, I noticed the quality of the light bar was subpar, so I ordered a Roxiom 20" lightbar, which I even contacted their sales staff to verify fitment into the HD bumper. They said it should fit like a glove. Well, to my surprise and astonishment, the Roxiom 20 lightbar was way wider than the "20 inch" that allegedly came with it, which ended up being only a 17" bar. To top it up, Extreme Terrain now owns Barricade and this is the way that they lie to their customers.
The salesperson offered me a full refund if I return the bumper, but I already paid for the installation of it and a winch installed on to it. Not only that, but being that I fell for their okie-dockey, I have already sold my oem one. Beware of buying from Extremeterrain.com!

I had a positive experience ordering 5 new wheels and tires for my Jeep. The one thing that would have made my experience better would be having the option of having the tires and wheels delivered directly to the shop that is going to mount and balance them. I don't know if 5 tires and wheels will even fit in my jeep to take them to the tire shop.
