Order a set of steps, get told they were sold too cheap so they won't be made. Money just refunded after 4 days or so. Just a waste of time. Should've bought elsewhere.

Ships fast. Product showed up in good shape. Definitely encountered the brackets being off factory holes, witch ultimately makes the video install sequence a bit irrelevant. Best to have a buddy or kid around that doesn't skip leg day if you want bend it into place. That being said, it was not really a big deal. Overall it looks sharp and appears it will take the light to medium activity nicely. I can only give it 4 stars until I see how the powder coat holds.

I ordered the Teraflex HD Ball Joints and when I got them I noticed that they didn't have upper or lower orientation on them so I called you guys and asked which one is the upper and which is the lower and they gave me the wrong information so I watched a you tube video and called Teraflex to confirm that the longer joint goes on the bottom. The information that you guys gave me could have caused an installation issues or even worse caused catastrophic issues while driving my vehicle! To say I'm not happy with customer service is to say the least
The bumper was scratched out of the Box. I was missing bolts, and there was no insulation instructions inside the box.

Perfect buying experience. Wheels and tires showed up fast and were mounted, balanced, and nitrogen filled. Super easy process!
Window wind guards were ordered for Jeep Gladiator. The parts received were for a Jeep Wrangler. I explained the problem and received a RMA from customer service representative on the phone and returned the order. I later learned the Wrangler and Gladiator parts were the same fit. (Customer Service Representative should have known). Also the order arrived a day late because the shipping company almost completely destroyed the box and had to re-tape it. Lucky the parts were not damaged.
