I recently purchased the power stop brake kit and the braided hoses. Upon completing my installation and brake bleeding. I drove down the street to check and come to see that the line blew. As this is Easter and between business hours. Will they honor their services. I do believe the product to be of quality and dumb luck to have received an improper part. But this experience will determine my future with extreme terrain.

They have anything and everything you may need or think you need for your Jeep. Very easy to shop for what you need and they get it out to you super fast.
Great experience. Only thing that would help - specified that liug nuts weren't included and the wheel did not fit right over the back up camera. Had to take off the star cap on spare tire.

Part arrived ahead of promised delivery date. Not installed yet so no product review. I did like the follow up to confirm delivery. Maybe consider more discreet packaging for the outer delivery box
The product I wish was a touch cheaper but it came as described it came on time and it was packed well.
Product was damaged in shipment. Not well packaged at all. Waiting for replacement.

Was excellent service. Everything showed up on time and in great condition
I've had multiple issues with the orders on both the extreme terrain and American trucks side that I've received recently. Missing parts, inaccurate open box descriptions, a lost shipment and an altered box with the wrong item. And all this within a week. Customer service has been great helping with these issues but whoever is working in the warehouse that is inspecting and preparing shipments needs to be investigated and retrained and better quality control would help. This is unacceptable for this to happen too many times within the past week from just one customer. Below is a photo of the altered box with 2 different item labels. This was supposed to be a hood deflector for a colorado and instead I got tail light covers for a titan. I had someone drive across town to professionally install the deflector today when I seen on UPS that it was delivered and when I got home I recieved a small box with Nissan tail light covers.

Good experience on the website while shopping. Found what I needed to the specifications of my truck. Product arrived in a timely manner with all parts needed to install and no defects.
Order a set of steps, get told they were sold too cheap so they won't be made. Money just refunded after 4 days or so. Just a waste of time. Should've bought elsewhere.
