I ordered a aftermarket cold air intake for my Tacoma and it came in two days. I installed it that day and now I'm hooked. It make my car sound amazing and also my gas milage is better.
Easy to navigate and find product happy but was in stock. Ordered and saw assembly video in less than 10 min.
I've received the replacement sidebar steps after returning the incorrect item, but I've noticed a problem with the holding brackets. They don't align with the holes on the bar, which could complicate the installation process. I'm planning to install them in a couple of days, and I hope this issue won't cause further delays. If it does, I'll need to return this item as well.

Extreme Terrain is normally a very good place to buy parts and accessories for my Jeep Wranglers, however, I ordered an accessory on February 1st and am currently still waiting on it to arrive. I was told it would ship in March, then April, and now it is supposed to ship between May 5 and May 8. I realize this is not normal and is the manufacturer's fault but this does reflect on Extreme Terrain. I really like Extreme Terrain but this experience has soured me a bit.
Pricing and delivery are awesome. The best part of shopping with Extreme Terrain is all the online info. You have excellent info available and photos to make a very informed decision regarding purchases.
No issues with purchase and installation. Exhaust system was a perfect fit. Would recommend
The fox steering stabilizer made all the difference in the world on my 21 Wrangler 4xe. Finally it's controllable on the highway without reacting as much to road conditions or wind.
My son's jeep needed a part and the person on the website was able to help me find the correct part for his 1998 Jeep, it came within a reasonable time although longer than first stated. Quality part, Jeep fixed

Order was shipped and received on time. Website was easy to use. Way too many sales emails after account set up.
Parts were correct good shipping parts were good quality…tech were very helpful. JL wranglers seem to be. A pain in the butt when it comes to the many part numbers and getting the correct ones.i believe it's due to the fact that mine is a 2018 and that's the year they went from JL to JL
The only complaint is being excited to install but had to wait for the second to come. Not delivered together even though they were ordered together.

I received my order promptly. But one of the parts of my order was defective. I wanted to have the individual part replaced but was told that isn't possible and that I would have to return the entire order. That seems very tedious and bothersome to me. I'll just try to find a replacement part myself. The customer service was otherwise friendly and polite, it just seems the remedy is overly complicated.

Technician was extremely helpful in determining a different part for my application
I quite literally installed the snorkel while I was airing down my tires at the trailhead this weekend.
They were excellent on replacing my bug guard. But their packing methods are terrible! My 1st came broke because of no bubble wrap or anything! The 2nd arrived the same way! I just didn't understand that method at all!
