The running boards came two days after I placed my order. There were a few washers missing, but no big deal. They fit great, easy install. I look forward to shopping with Extreme Terrain again.

Ordered 4 fender flares. When the package came, I only got 1. I reached out to customer service and after taking time to "look up my account", they said my order only included 1, but sent a screenshot of a similar item that included 2 (so their "proof" didn't prove their own point). I sent a screenshot of my account showing my order of 4. They admitted that I should have received 4 and now I have to start a return process where I need to take pictures and wait on them (up to 3 days) to review before they will send me a return label, then at this point they will ship out the correct order. I asked for expedited shipping to make up for their mistake, which was denied. Very frustrating, this is my first order with them and will be my last. Mistakes happen, it's just unfortunate that they will not offer any compensation for their mistake and the customer service rep wanted to argue with me instead of just looking at my account to verify what I had ordered.

Needed to use the video on the website but it was an easy install. Took no time at all.

I ordered steps for my JKU, I love the look and the way they mount, but the mounting holes and the surface were a bit off. I had to use a pry bar to get it lined up and had to beat out the body mount area to get it up in there. So, it took some work but all in all, it looks good and easy to do by yourself.

The tubular doors pictured, in the video and in the instructions had hinge pins welded on. The doors received needed them bolted on. It wasn't hard to figure out, but I expect better for what these cost.

The muffler that I got were missing 2 flange nuts. The muffler came with welded bolts and had to purchase a new set. Made a little of an inconvenience to figure out that they were metric M10x1.25 and not 3/8x16.

UPDATE: A phone call to customer service found that the discount was in fact provided at time of check out... The products ordered were as advertised and easy to install with great installation help from provided video and other buyers reviews...

I applied for and was accepted for the Military Discount, but at time of check out I did not see that this was applied to my order as indicated it would be. Did I do something incorrectly? (I am also a Retired First responder) I would have given 5 STARS if I didn't end up confused on the check out process

It was a good experience except shipping costs. I live in Hawaii. Hawaii and Alaska always gets stuck with outrageous shipping costs. Shipping cost more than the item we're purchasing. I always see free shipping to the lower 48 excluding Hawaii and Alaska. In my opinion I think if companies can absorb some shipping costs to offer free shipping to the lower 48, why can't Hawaii and Alaska get a discount on shipping of what it would cost you if we was in the lower 48? And we'll pay the rest. Hope that makes sense.

Seriously. How the heck did I get the item next day with Free shipping? This is absurd. I deserve to at least wait 3-5 days, plus 2 days processing. Who do you think you are treating a new customer so well? That's it, you can expect me to buy again.
