When the item finally arrived, it had been repackaged. The shipping label had been torn off and retaped to another envelope. The box inside was damaged, and all the hardware was missing. Fortunately I didn't need the hardware. It was drop shipped so I can't blame Extreme Terrain.

There were no directions to install. It was easy to install except for the locking mecheanism. One of the cables to the lock was severed
My truck bed cover arrived within a week and it had the best price available amongst several sellers.
This is the 4th time I've ordered from this company. Great products and fast shipping. What more could you ask for.
Fast process but product had a flaw in the manufacturing of it. Had to return it to Best Top to get warranty for it.

It's great and all, but I do need to take it to get balanced. Atleast that's what I think, but I'll recheck everything. Although much better than stock, and will be worth it for those considering. Just wish there was more information about balancing it.

I ordered Kikbax from here and they shipped and arrived much faster than I expected. Installation took maybe 5 seconds. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase. The mirror height and placement of the footings are perfect. They don't move or shake, even at highway speed. I wish I knew about these last year before I purchased separate mirrors and foot pegs that took over half an hour to install.

Ordered a hood deflector and "black out" emblem for my 2024 Ford Bronco -
The emblem was literally 1/2 the size of the factory chrome - (maybe I can make a key chain or something) - no way I can use it on the vehicle.
The hood deflector was damaged in the box - it looks like they sent me a used return that someone else screwed up putting on.
Very disappointing - I am hoping they make it right.
