The process of ordering was super easy and installation was easy as well. There was a dent in the middle of one of my tonneau cover panels, from shipping, which I don't think will be an issue and it is not noticeable from the top side, but I took pictures of it and of the shipping box as a CYA, and will report when I register my warranty. So, hopefully I never need to utilize customer service, but to this point, my experience with Extreme Terrain has been flawless
Took some time and needed special sockets for the seat bolts but the installation is doable.
I was afraid to make a purchase like this online… would it fit? How would it look? Whats the quality like? I'm pleased to say it fits, looks great on the Jeep, and seems to be good quality. Not difficult to install.

It specifically says in the description of the bumper that not cutting is required for installing this bumper. Meanwhile directly in the instructions it says the cutting is 100% required. Feels like a bit of a scam.
