For some reason the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and other Jeep models have a million variants based on model, year, humidity... Anyway I needed new Rear Shocks for my Daughter's 2013 WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L V6 with Air Suspension... I forget the fellow that helped me - but he cut through the crap and got me the Rancho (Made in the USA!) RS5000X Rear Shock for Stock Height shocks. 'Murica by Gawd!

Went on line saw all the options available and picked the one I liked the most. Added to my cart and checked out. Product delivered as promised and fit perfectly.

Ordered a clearlid sunroof 1350$ for my Jeep. Was pretty happy for the 2 day turnaround (ordered monday). Got some sort of tarp instead, can't be more than a few hundred. Needed what I ordered for a road trip on Saturday. Requested the item I ordered right away when I got the wrong item. They told me they won't send out the actual item I ordered until they get the wrongly shipped item first. This was through a phone call with a woman who i could barely understand because instead of talking, she mumbled everything. I had to ask her repeatedly to repeat what she said. After our call ended, i decided to speak to a person on chat instead bc i didnt understand anything with the first lady. She explained better, asking if i wanted a return or replacement. I said replacement. It was a hassle.and time i dont have. This includes the time it takes for me to print out return labels (don't have a printer), repackaging the item and finding a place that takes FedEx returns (never done that before). All in all a terrible experience. So I had to threaten to get a refund instead of a replacement because the whole point of spending over 1300 dollars was for the road trip I was taking. The nice gentleman on the phone/email was good, worked it out with me to get me the part by Saturday but I still had to delay my road trip by about 4-5 hours bc I wasn't going to leave an expensive and huge package in front of my house. Overall, bad experience, much much more hassle than it should have been and had to threaten to get a refund instead of a replacement unless they get me the item I originally ordered fast to accommodate my travel plans.

Great product, worked great and runs 10 degrees cooler. Fit as good as OEM, had to trim the top radiator hose

We have this product listed for TJ And your site says it is made for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ unlimited. Unfortunately, it's not made for an unlimited it's made for the shorter TJ. So this top looks like a toy on my jeep. I tried to find this information, but it's hard for this Pacific product. Quadrate has the exact item I need made by Mastertop. So I'm trying to decide whether to return the toy top I got from Y'all and order the master top or just chalk this up as a poor experience. I've ordered several items from extreme terrain and all my other experiences have been good.

FANTASTIC and easy ordering process. Was on my front porch before I could believe it. Your website had better directions vs the ones in the box! Thank god for your videos bc I'd still be in garage swearing from underneath the jeep!

The runner I purchased matches the Mopar but at a fraction of the price. The only downside is that the directions in the box from the manufacturer were HORRIBLE. Skipped so many steps. I went to the video you guys did and that is what helped me. However, they started using diff screws and different sizes vs your video from a year or two ago. They also now ship with varied fittings, so you have to measure it out on your jeep to make sure to use the proper fittings.
