I was initially very happy with my purchase of a Garvin Expedition Roof Rack for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The order was on time and the rack fit on great. But then I found out when I went to buy rack accessories that the manufacturer Garvin went out of business and Extreme Terrain does not list or explain that when purchasing any Garvin products (at full price) that additional items, or missing items such as bolts etc., cannot be replaced or added on.

When I contacted ET about purchasing the rack and looking for the ladder that goes with it I was told to look on eBay or somewhere else. That they couldn't help with that issue.

Everything was super simple as far as ordering online and we received the product in 2 days. The mesh top was exactly what we needed and we will likely buy more in the future.

Nice website that has what you need and quick shipping. Its a lot easier to shop when they provide verification of fitment and so many customer pics.

I ordered about five items. One of which was door entry guards for my jeep. The door entry guards arrived in a sealed box, however, with two front and only one back. I called customer service and the process was less than I expected. I had to take pictures of all the items I received then get an RMA number then ship the items back before they would replace the item. I am still waiting on the replacement order to ship.

Very helpful on the phone I don't like to ordering without speaking with someone about the part filing on my vehicle.

When Tighten the bolts down paint chipped off the hinges. The middle spindle was crome on top not black,

Ive done three Jeep builds using Extreme Terrain as one of the main vendors in the process. They have always been very helpful and informative. Orders always come on time with no problems. Even with large items, five 35x12.5 tires mounted on Fuel Wheels. We had a part that unfortunately did not fit on our build vehicle. I didnt get around to mounting it until the return window had long expired. They still took care of us with credit that we put toward the next build. Very happy with them. We wil be a customer for life.

Ordered running boards for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. Items arrived quickly and in great condition. Easy to install and they look great.

Instructions not great, some spacial ability required, but once you figure out how to get the top screwed in the rest falls quickly into place.

When I ordered I put in all my information I chose the recomended kit and it said it would fit the vehicle.excluding the YE hybrid which I don't have. I received the kit and installed the fronts which were perfect then when I went to install the rears they were not the right ones. I was told I would have to return the whole kit which the fronts were already installed and I'm leaving for Florida and could not tie up the vehicle. So I purchased rear breaks from a local supplier so I can move forward. I am left with the wrong rears and am out an additional coast for tear breaks that I did not want.
