My experience wasn't bad but I had to return both things I bought. I got tailight covers and they wouldn't work because of my tire carrier, not XT fault there but the other thing I got was a retractable sunshade, you should really make the website verify if the person purchasing has a sun rider top or not because I did not and that sunshade cannot be used with the factory panels. It would be nice to have some sort of alert about that before completing the purchase, I selected hard top only and it said it would work with my vehicle. I never realized that it can only be used with the sun rider top. Maybe make the options soft top or sun rider top and take hard top off there.

Your website describes the item to fit 2004 Jeep Wrangler UNLIMITED, it absolutely does not. This is the second time I've ordered the same type item, different manufacturer that you sent the link to, and it also is incorrect. Also, you make it a pain in the $#*! to return expensive items that you are at fault for. Extremely disappointing when you have a project that should take an hour and it turns into weeks of frustration!
