It did what they said it would do and fit well and an easy installation
Ordered 4 shocks….all in stock. They shipped 3….then Finally the 4th days later. First 3 arrived by FedEx in the manufacturers packaging with a FedEx label stuck to it. The boxes were all damaged terribly and the hardware was missing. Started text convo with support. Was told I could get credited $15 per box for what was going on….then another tech took over and didn't know what was going on…then another…ultimately they offered to credit me $16 if I kept the shocks and sourced my own hardware AND I agree that I can never return the shocks for ANY reason. Then the original tech came back on and said he didn't know why that was happening. Never again.

I ordered a coil pack and 6 plugs for my Jeep Wangler and had them sent to my mechanic so he could install them for me. Got the coil yesterday but no plugs. I went back and reviewed my order and sure enough the plugs were ordered. I asked my mechanic to check the box the coil came in and he said there were no plugs. Now we either are waiting on the plugs to arrive at another time or they weren't send at all.
Very easy to order, delivery was exceptional and very easy install from a women's perspective.
User friendly for guy who is more mechanical then he is tech savvy 😁 wish description for halos had mentioned needing electrical connectors for turn signal and driving light, waiting to get those this weekend so can finish install but overall very happy with all products
Ordered a TRD style rim to replace one that got all banged up. Fast, free shipping and it arrived very well packaged up.
The items that i bought work great and they feel like they'll last a while. The problem that i had was with the shipper that you guys use, FedEx. I received an email saying that they'll arrive at the address given but knowing that packages left on the doorstep get stolen frequently, i changed the address to the nearest FedEx drop off store closet to my office and got a confirmation right away. A few week later i received another email saying that that package was shipped and should arrive in a couple days. Few days later received an email saying to pick it up on a Thursday. Great. I stopped at FedEx drop off and it wasn't there. Got another email on Saturday at 7 Am saying that Fedex tried delivering it to my apartment but they claim no one was there to sign for it. Lie. I was there in my apartment but 7 in the morning? Lie. Because they would have left a noticed saying they tried to deliver it. I called FedEx also and she said i could pick it up at the FedEx pickup spot that i had requested in the first place, that it will be waiting for pick up. I drove roughly 20 miles to pick it up and the clerk said they didn't have it. I called FedEx again and said it was taken to the official FedEx hub and would be delivered next week. I hate FedEx. They are never reliable. Plus they lie

Simple review here. The site is easy to navigate and offers quite a bit to look through. (Sometimes you know what you need for your vehicle and sometimes you didn't know you needed it until you seen it.) I like that you can search for items specific to your vehicle. Communication with ET is also better than average.

I took the doors off my 2003 TJ for the first time a week ago. I jumped in it to go to town and realized I had no rearview mirrors. I purchased these mirrors and they work perfectly. You can adjust them and screw them down tight and they stay in place. Just what I needed!

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
