I am fairly new to the Jeeping community and wanted to make my Jeep fit my style. I needed help understanding wheel sizes, tire sizes for the wheels, what offset I wanted without having to trim or lift, etc. I called the 877 number and spoke to a sales tech (Jackie) and she educated me on the wheel/tire subject. She helped me find the wheel style I was looking for and helped me place an order. Everything I purchased that day came in days before the delivery date. I am so thankful I used a company that knows Jeeps and could give me expert advice on what would work and what wouldn't. I have purchased several more items since the first order and will continue to use Extreme Terrain.
Received black factory style lugnuts. Replaced the chrome ones a thief left barely on the studs.

6/21/2024 - Ordered the Lange Original Gen 2 Hoist-A-Top for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I received box 1 of 2 on 6/24/2024. I didn't realize the shipment actually came in 2 boxes so on 6/29/2024 I got everything ready to assemble the hoist. When I realized I was missing an entire box of parts I called Extreme Terrain. My order reflects that the shipping label was created by the box was never picked up by FedEx. I talked to Amanda and she said the Box 2 of 2 would ship on Monday (7/1/2024) since the package clearly wasn't shipped. When I saw no update to my account reflecting the shipment I called back on 7/1/2024. I was told they had to investigate the "Lost Package" and it would take ~ 3days. Meaning my package wouldn't actually ship until Friday 7/5/2024. So the remaining parts I need to complete the hoist build won't even SHIP for 12 days AFTER I received the 1st box. All because Extreme Terrain never actually shipped the 2nd box!
Items are in stock! They are broadening their catalog with adding Quake lights, but no fog lights yet…sigh! Items are shipped quickly and the reviews with custom built pictures are amazing!
