Purchased sidesteps. Came with wrong hardware to mount them. Chatted online with representative from Extreme Terrain and was told they had correct hardware and would send it and should receive in 1-2 days. Next day received email from ET saying it would be 12 plus weeks before hardware would ship. Now we are waiting on parts to complete install. Very disappointed with customer service.
Received half my order still waiting for brake lines I was told they were being shipping from a supplier but I received the rest of my order a while ago wasn't very clear that they were not going to get here for a while when I placed the order

I have looked into your order and I see you are still waiting on the Hoses to be shipped, these do come directly from our third party supplier and at this time we have an Estimated Ship Date of July 17th-19th. Please keep in mind these can ship earlier than the date provided. You guys sell some kick $#*! products but this last purchase left a bad taste. Then there's the fact that one has to jump through hoops just to return said product. Hope I don't have to wait till you guys receive it and then wait even longer to recive a refund. That would suck for me. Even with all that I would STILL be a return customer, If I could afford it. Apologize you had an issue with your recent order and the product not fitting. I do see you spoke with our live chat agent and they setup the return for you. I show in the system that we are waiting on photos to be uploaded of your return. You should of received the photo link to your email, if you didn't you can also use the customer portal at orders.extremeterrain.com and upload them through there. Once we have photos the return process is easy and quick.

Shipping was great. Product was good enough. Velcro tape was the worst I've seen in my 72 years. Wet wipes to clean Jeep top reinstalling were dried out. Used alcohol to clean top. Let it dry good. Only less than 1/3 Velcro tape stuck and some of them were down the next morning. Cheap Chinese crap. Change the Velcro to 3m it stuck fine.

Was expecting delivery to take about a month according to the description and I ordered July 8th and received my hard top on July 10th. Super fast shipping and well packaged
Parts arrived sooner then expected and fit perfectly, no issues
The chip protectors were easy to install and only took a few minutes. They are sturdy enough to protect the paint from being chipped from rocks and other debris being kicked up from the tires.
Had a great positive experience. My customer service rep was very friendly and very informative and understanding about my excitement to finally get parts for my jeep Couldn't hide it over the phone..
I ordered the parts I needed and was happy with the product, however the constant emails after the sale are absolutely ridiculous! No less than 10-15 emails after the sale, push-push-push will drive customers to block the site and seek other sources!

I purchased 2 items that were "in stock" it's been 6 days since then and my order update online still says "processing". I have yet to receive my order. Called yesterday and they said it should be shipped soon. Not sure why it takes a week to ship. Will not order again from this company.

I went to the website, found some 3D lights I wanted for the grille in my Bronco. I looked and they said they has them in stock. I didn't see anywhere that they were drop shipping them from the manufacturer (meaning they don't have these in stock on a shelf). I placed my order and paid. They accepted my order and took my money. They sent me an email srsting they got my order. Then they send me 4 more emails trying to get me to buy more, give a review and something else but I couldn't figure out what. I waited 2 days and watched nothing on my order change, I reached out and asked, how long it take for an order to ship out. They then informed me, they contacted the manufacturer and the lights aren't in stock and might not be back in stock till July 26th. I made my purchase on July 8th. Why didn't it say they weren't in stock then. I went to the website today after these issues and looked and they still show in stock. I asked for an immediate return credit as I don't like to work this way. If I would have been told they drop ship and get their product from the manufacturer and that they have no stock of their own, I might not have purchased but at least that was my decision to make, not them taking my money and then waiting f weeks to get what I paid for. Because of this i am currently working on my refund and I will NEVER use Extreme Terrain or any of their companies because to me this is just poor business and poor communication with a customer. And it's too bad because I was looking forward to more purchases.
