The running boards are not very strong. I had to purchase my own washers for the bracket to running board because the washers provided were not large enough. They would slip through bolt holes. The welds on the mounting brackets are not that good. Looks like a 3 year old welded them.

So I purchased a set of 4 tires and 4 TPMS sensors through Extreme Terrain And paid for the shop service. After initial install TPMS sensors were not registering so I called ET and told them the deal they sent me a new set of TPMS sensors, however, they said I would have to pay for a new service in which if I sent them a receipt they would refund me. Sounds good so far right? Until I sent them the receipt they lost the first time. Get them a digital invoice a second time in which they refund the wrong VISA card (not to my bank but to themselves through affirm) and literally tell me nothing they can do about it. This is by far the absolute worst place to buy online and I will never purchase through them again

I see you spoke to our customer service deprtment about this issue and they advised we cannot add a credit card to the account after the order is placed. The refund must go to the card on file or we can send a paper check or apply store credit. Those are the only options we have unfortunately. Great product, fast shipping: the item was very well packed and very easy to install. It Looks really good on my Tundra. I definitely recommend this company.
It was quick and painless. I would buy from them again. Happy with the product that they supplied as well.
Purchased sidesteps. Came with wrong hardware to mount them. Chatted online with representative from Extreme Terrain and was told they had correct hardware and would send it and should receive in 1-2 days. Next day received email from ET saying it would be 12 plus weeks before hardware would ship. Now we are waiting on parts to complete install. Very disappointed with customer service.

Received half my order still waiting for brake lines I was told they were being shipping from a supplier but I received the rest of my order a while ago wasn't very clear that they were not going to get here for a while when I placed the order

I have looked into your order and I see you are still waiting on the Hoses to be shipped, these do come directly from our third party supplier and at this time we have an Estimated Ship Date of July 17th-19th. Please keep in mind these can ship earlier than the date provided.
