Really awesome 4th of July sales and quick shipping of product. Arrived perfectly as expected!
Customer service was okay. I specifically called to speak with a representative, only wish more questions would have been asked to me, now I have to order another part before I can install my bikini top. Rep also stated he would be sending me the correct soft top for me to order and he never did.
With the 4th of July sale, I was able to purchase four 17'" wheels for under $500!

Quality of the 'console cover' was very poor compared to price and description.
They had what I needed, free shipping, on time, very well boxed and sent out an email to comfirm when i got my package. Everything you can ask for was done. I will be coming back whenever I need something.
The coin slots will accept coins but will not release them. I had to use a screwdriver to get the coins out the slots.
Order came packed well in a timely manner. Products seem to be very good quality. Very Pleased. Only complaint is that one wheel was missing center cap, but I got on the phone and they shipped immediately. Haven't received it yet, but optimistic that it will be here soon.

CS was poor. ET inadvertently sent 3 extra sets of spacers. Altogether l was on hold 40 minutes and didn't get a chance to speak with manager.

I have looked into your order and do see that it failed our security clearance process through Riskified. Unfortunately when this happens we are not notified of any details around why it was flagged and cancelled. Most common reasons are the billing and shipping address are to far apart, the credit card was used in a chargeback with another company ETC. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. As far as the call back goes Spanish voicemail's are responded to normally within 48 business hours.
