Bought from other companies in the past. This place is over all the best I have ever bought from with quality and customer service shipping was awsome. Could not be a better experience.
Ordering was easy and ET has anything and everything we want for our Jeep. As soon as we ordered, we started receiving emails with subject lines like "About your last order..." yet those emails were just unsolicited advertising and nothing about our order. That's irritating. I'm already a paying customer and ET feels the need to feign an order status update to prompt me to open an email full of advertising. We get plenty of unwanted junk already. Huge turnoff.
I ordered the roll bar padding kit. The zippers were very cheap and fell apart as I was installing this kit. Also, the padding had to be taped in place because the adhesive strips were already falling off. I was able to make this work but much to my own ingenuity.
So I got the rim at a great price. Wait for the rest Togo sale. Everything always comes on time

2 of the screws that connected to the pinch welds came bent, also on of the nutzerts that one of the 3 bolts were meant to go in was stripped and the nutzert just spins inside its hole
Wow! Right out of the box, I knew this was going to be an awesome product! The Bestop Sunrider for Factory Hard Tops; Black Diamond (20-24 Jeep Gladiator JT) is well built and was easy to install. I had trouble getting the screw through the cable head, but I finally got it assembled. Easy to install and it was ready to use. I am very pleased and will continue to shop Bestop.

It arrived quickly. The install was fairly easy, just the back bolt holding the dampener on gave me hell. Other than that it was a quick process. I can notice a slight difference in steering in town, haven't had a chance to hit the highway or off road yet but so far so good.
