Best customer service I've ever had. I wasn't able to order the piece I needed for the bikini top I wanted to order. I was able to chat with a sales rep. He found another piece that would work, added it to my cart and gave me an extended warranty. He also offered a phone call to help if needed. I will shop here again!

Many companies over promise, and under deliver. Extreme Terrain is the opposite. They promise AND they deliver, and quickly. I can always count on them to get my 4Runner parts to me quickly!

So when I bought these steps I was hoping that they were good quality, wasn't stamped sheet metal and black paint. Getting them shipp to the house was really easy and suppressing fast (3 days). Pulling them out of the box they were wrapped in bubble wrap AND they were color coded. Clear for one side and green for the other side. The quality meet my expectations, they are cut and welded neatly out of what looked like 3/16 maybe 1/4 inch plate.
Install was pretty easy and painless. The bolt holes lined up marking easy bolting together. The steps had nice foam on them where they meet the main step.
The only down side is that the instructions suck balls. Out side of that this is a great product.

The items are easy to find when you enter your vehicle información and will assure you it's the right part, also you have the option to choose different prices and brands. I will continue to use and recommend!

I love these doors. Here's why I give it a four instead of a five. I realize most Jeep owners are tool familiar. However, there is a large market of people, like myself, who do not have a mechanical bone in their body and could use some slightly more detailed instructions or photos/labels of nuts, bolts, screws. I figured it out, but I know it would make me more inclined to purchase and make more mods in the future on my own.

Part arrived in good shape and install went great! Easy to follow instructions and looks great!
