Customer Service Representative was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I called to ask a few questions about my order and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. My order arrived promptly, was in perfect condition upon arrival and fitment was perfect. (Windshield spry nozzles for 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK).
It took me about 4 hours to install start to finish. Make sure you have some extra heat shrink and wiring connectors for the lights. The harness comes with male plugs but no female plugs. Lights are much brighter than I anticipated. Overall looks great and gets the job done. Wind noise is about the same if not less than my old rack so I'm happy with it.
It was pretty easy installing the speakers for the soundbar or was I noticeable difference but there is some rattle. I received exactly what I ordered the condition of the parts was in excellent order
Ordered a new radiator and new door handles for my wrangler. Everything came in the 3 days they said, was in perfect condition and installed with no problems. Very happy with my parts and experience. I will be using Extreme Terrain for parts in the future! Thanks for great service!
I was surprised by how small the package was, very convenient. Also a lot lighter than I expected/hoped.
Price wise, getting a pet ramp through Extreme Terrain was so much cheaper than getting one from a pet store. It's a more convenient and better quality option for travel than the pet store equivalents too, and guaranteed to work with my Jeep since it's built for them, where I was uncertain if the others would go high enough without being too steep.
