Web sight is easy to navigate customer service mainly Jimmy G, was such a pleasure to talk to and to have my last parts order taken by him. When your told to look for your order on a certain date it's always ether on time or close to it. I don't order anywhere else for the jeep than Extreme Terrain. Parts always fit with no problem and your dealing with people that know what there selling, and they make sure that you are ordering the right part for you ride. Everything is always easy with every order keep up the good work.
Ordering from Extreme Terrain is simple and quick. When your told what day your order is going to be delivered it's always on time, and I mean every time. I had the pleasure placing my order with Jimmy G got it right the first time, I felt like I was talking to my brother, he just makes the whole process easy and fun to talk to. Ordered a set of steps/running boards that were open box merchandise, with the understanding they had a few scratches and small dings. What I received was a box of running boards that had NO packaging material and basically the boards were thrown into a box to rub on one another and the mounting hardware so they were beat to - you know what. So buyer beware of open box items they don't pack them the way they should!
Waiting still for my delivery. So hard to say. Let u know when it's here

Product delivered half one day then half the next, rims were not dented or scratched but boxes they arrived in were dented. Some of the bronze color was not completed in the lettering of rims and showed gray. Frustrating for price.
I received the wrong item and had to wait an additional week to receive the right one. I had to reschedule the installation of a number of items I purchased for you until I receive the right item I ordered. You need to do a better job of making sure the customer gets the right items they order.

I have been looking for a way to divert the rain from coming down on me when opening the door. I installed the parts with ease (eventhough there were no instructions) with the help of youtube. I am now waiting on rain to see how well they work.
