As I found out after having so much trouble with the first part of my oder of a BakFlip bed cover, I saw on my videos and Reddit where many people experienced a complete disaster. Mine was the same. First, I did not receive all of the parts in my original shipment. After I completed sending a bunch of pictures of what was in the box (like it would make a difference from what I told the agent, The new parts were delivered. I had nothing but trouble getting this piece of junk bed cover installed. I contacted Extreme Terrain multiple times for help. I got lots of "we're sorry" but no solutions. Anytime I was given a video to follow for the install, the parts that were delivered to me were not even the same ones as in the videos. Short story on the complete disaster that was the cover structure was that the rails never actually attached to my truck. They were supposedly held on my a semi clipping to the bedcover. Every time I finally got them to hold and went to the next step, they fell off again. I'm going to spend the same amount of time on every off road, auto supply and social media site blasting the total disaster that is BackFlip as I did trying to get this piece of junk installed. And I am almost ready to do the same for Extreme Terrian. Not only where they not helpful (especially given i spent a good amount of time with an agent confirming this cover would fit my truck), but the return process was a complete disaster. As of this writing, I still do to have written confirmation that my boxed up return was picket up. I have ordered many things with Extreme Terrain and been very happy. This one has been so bad, it almost negates all of those good orders.

Had a good price on open box struts that came with a lot of positive reviews from customers. Fast free shipping sealed the deal. Very happy with the struts six months and several thousand miles later.
Why would you sale spacers in sets of two?
Trucks have 4 wheels. Now have to reorder two more spacers and wait for those to come in to get my truck on the road

In reviewing your order, we do show that on our site it is noted for the Mammoth 1.25-Inch Billet 6-Lug Wheel Spacers; Black are sold as a pair and this is normally the way spacers are sold. We understand it can be frustrating to have to purchase two sets to for your vehicle. Wheel spacers are typically sold in pairs because you normally apply them symmetrically (e.g., both front wheels or both rear wheels) to maintain even stance, improve handling, and prevent rubbing by pushing wheels out equally, keeping track widths consistent for stability. While some setups might need four, pairs are the standard because you want the same offset change front-to-back if you're doing all four, or just an even look on one axle, making it efficient to buy two matching units. Purchased fenders on the 8th of Dec. Paid for next day shipping. As of today the 11th still have not received items. I should not have payed for shipping plus another $25.00 for extra large item. What a scam.

Waited for 2 weeks to get my decals now they finally show up and are wrinkled contact paper stuck to the decal in several places they are useless.

Shipping is horrible. I paid extra and I'm now 2 days past due. Says it's weather related but it's sitting 45mins from me and there is no weather in the area it was 43 today. Customer service is worse they won't answer questions or emails. Can't talk about quality as I've still not received item but they keep sending me these emails. They have to know I still don't have my order they just don't care which is the problem. Hence title of the post buyer beware

Searching for replacement bump stops for my Jeep. Contacted you as the description and picture did not match for color. The sales person stated to go with the pictures, so that is what I did. IT would be good if the manufacturer was listed as the prices what what appeared to be the same thing varied significantly.

Parts are quality. Techs are experienced and helpful. I ordered the wrong part one time. The return was as easy as it gets. While others waited for labels to be downloaded. Fed Ex scanned the QR code and I was out of there in seconds.
The tech was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He found all the parts I needed.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
