Nothing but good vibes for Extreme Terrain! Quick order fulfillment and easy return procedure, if needed. They do need to go with UPS as their primary delivery service. FedEx is terrible and won't change until the leadership changes. I had ordered some LED lights and the FedEx tracker says it was "out for delivery". Haven't gotten it yet.
Logan was super helpful. Gave good advice and was just real with his answers about the product. I like someone to just bounce ideas off of about my build and Logan G. Did exactly that.
Previously, we had ordered a soft top that didnt quite fit even though its for the correct year, tried to see if it may just be a defective one, we were told there were no more in stock to even Get a replacement, so either scrap the top and buy another one somehwere else, we opted to buy a whole new frame kit, which ironically cost more than the top itself, as the top was on sale when we bought it. Not much help in the E. T team to make it right. But I guess buying just some sun visors shouldn't be too bad. Hopefully they fit right. BTW, you have to pay for replacement shipping, on top of the initial shipping for the part the first time you ordered it. Not too sure I agree with that, since the site said "guaranteed fit". But hey, I need the part...
Very disappointed the military "discount" is not applied to the purchased item. Using store credit for the next purchase is sleazy.

Bought the Carven Catback Exhaust for my Tacoma and it looks great! Couldn't install because my old Exhaust flange broke off. Just ordered the afe y-pipe and cats.
I was new to the site. My '98 jeep wrangler wrangler sport, with a Sahara package, camel tan top and interior is really hard to find parts for. The representative, Shonna, went above any customer experience I have ever dealt with. We chatted first. Then we chatted on the phone. She went through site and looked at every possibility for my jeep. We found one. A soft top, finally. Probably about an hour of looking. She also offered to keep looking for parts me even after the conversation was ending. Will definitely shop again. Thank You so much

Item arrived with damaged box and a few dented fins on the radiator. Probably not enough damage to deal with a return but not ideal.

I bought 2.5" teraflex lift kit a while ago. The tech suggested that I don't need any thing else beside the lift kit. After installing the lift kit 4x4 won't engage. Then did more research and figured have to drop brackets. Then things got way better and death wobble stopped too. But still had a bit steering issue. Then a couple of days ago bught a track bar and the bushings were 4mm over both the sides.
If your techs don't have proper knowledge don't try to help it causes more head aches.

Shopped a swaybar. I think a app is essential in the world today but I had to switch to desktop to complete. First responders discount didn't show up in check out. 4 stars still some stuff to work out.
I got hood guard fast when I went to put on the pieces that attach to hood are supposed to be treated but are not no way to mount guess i have to wait till Monday to try and get right part

We had an issue with an add on we purchased for a Jeep Gladiator. Spoke to customer service and they made it right. Any time a company will stand behind their products and craftsmanship of the products, that will make me continue to buy from them.
It was easy to find what i wanted and easy processing and checkout. There was a lot to choose from. Great selection. I have not received my order yet due to just ordering it. I will leave a review once installed.
