The vents I received were not the right ones. All corners are rounded and not pointed as shown on the website and the printed directions. I will not be installing them. Also, they were an early birthday present.
Spent 2 hours trying to install these Running Boards on my daughters Ford Bronco. Wrong bolt kit was included in the box. Spent hour on phone with Tami from Customer Service. She was super nice and patient. Great help.
In the end i gave up trying to install as the bolts were too small. I had to bring it to local installer who told me the bolt kit was entirely wrong and they had to use their own bolts to install. I couldn't understand why i was having so much trouble installing! Now i know...factory put wrong bolt kit inside the box!
Cost me $200 to install. First time buying from this company and most likely will be my last.

Product descriptions do not match. The Ad says "Easy DIY installation", but the installation instructions say "you should consider getting a professional to install". The installation is rather complex, involving fully removing and dis assembling the seat. The advertisement also specifically stated it was compatible with my jeep (assuming plug-and-play wiring harness, etc.) and has instructions like "do not use if..." which I am unsure if these items would be the case for my jeep or not. Disappointed in the lack of clarity.
I placed a relatively large order and everything worked out just fine as far as I can tell so far. There is one exception though there's a pair of fog lights that didn't fit and I mean not even close. So I went ahead and I called Extreme Terrain they were extremely helpful I got the situation moving so that way you can be resolved.
Had one order refunded because the system allows plus signs to be put in an address. The second order arrived a day later than promised or projected. There was nothing great about the experience, I felt like I went to target and had to use self checkout.

Overall I love my bestop supertop classic. I've never put a soft top on before. And I did this by myself. The instructions were slightly confusing in parts but overall the quality, feel and look is fabulous.

Found the item that should fit. Your website does a good job of listing items, but does not give a precise actual fit. Also in the south east area there is a version of the Toyota 4Runner called a XP Predator. That your company does not list. Most of your parts are listed as maybe fits, but may need modification of grille or cutting of same. Also need to have your offer for military/first responder at the top of your banner, not at the bottom.

Brackets for fog lights not welded properly, check welds & thread screw holes for mounting fog lights.
The bumper looks great but the fog lights are very difficult to install and the bracket plates for the fog lights were not welded on one side. I had to purchase some JB Weld to fix the bracket plate so I could attach the bracket and install the fog light. Your video said it would take approx. Two hours to install the bumper and it took six hours including making repairs on the fog light bracket plate. It would have been a lot easier if you would have threaded the holes for the screws to attach the fog light.
The item was delivered promptly, but the item is bent. I will be returning it.
Helped with my order and all of my questions. It was on a Saturday morning so didn't really expect anyone to be there. Very helpfully.
