Very efficient. We were met at the airport so we weren't trailing around looking for the office. Cars fit for purpose and very pleased with our chose to use Europe Car. All the people we had dealings with were professional and friendly with good English.

We had a very nice and friendly handover at the counter and in the parking lot. Great car, hybrid without extra charge, only 1585 km driven, great! Hopefully the return will be just as easy.

We took the car but it was a smell of smoking. We tell to a person who assisted us but he don't give us a solution.
He offer us that to add 700€ more what it a rediqoules.

The staff was kind, precise, clear and available to my needs. The car was delivered to me in excellent condition
I booked Jeep renegade but got Mercedes A180 which is comparatively a very low car which didn't connect with smart phones and terrible trunk space and issues on driving towards heights.

Employee on site said its not necessary to record all pre-existing damage of car on the diagram i was asked to sign. I explained i wasnt comfortable with that but he insisted that only major damage is recorded on diagram. I didnt want to argue so instead i was forced to take a video of the car just so that i have some evidence that damage was pre-existing in case i was blamed for it.
Other than the above, no other issue.

Ok the meeting with the operator in the airport, everybody was kind and skilled. An office directly in the airport should be better.
Good and very professional, the only problem was that I was charged 37€ for after midnight service instead of 25€ that was indicated on the internet when I made the reservation.
