Not very pleased. Unaware Europcar had not desk at the Heraklion airport arrivals. Took us time and effort to find out that a shuttle bus was operating from somewhere outside the building. Staff was absolutely faceless.

There is no office at the airport so you have to call to be picked up and escorted to the office to collect the car. For the rest everything is ok

Car boked via the company, nonetheless I was asked to provide a credit card even though I am just employed... very strange. Other than that was ok.

My company ordered the car. I was just the user. I showed th EUROPE CAR Fleet card. It shows at least that the company pays. It was not avceptey st the desk. I had to give my Mastercard as garant y. Now I got the contract by mail. I have to pay personally. And the Name of my company is not anymore at the contract. It works in Estonia, Netherland and so on. But not in greece. I thought it was EUROPE CAR. WHAT IS THE SENCE OF A FLEET CARD IF I CANT USE IT. Why they made it so difficult? I need th company name at the contract.
