Don't download Fortnite from epic games. It has no security an everybody has aim bor. If i could rate it 0 i would.

They are a million dollar company and they can't even hold a million plus people to log into the game. The game is really buggie and nothing loads most of the time

I tried to send an email into their team. It would not let me and all I wanted to know was what the estimate time was for Eastern time. That Fortnite would be back online.

They should probably change the name of their "Free Games" service to "get a free weekly Sh!tty game that you will probably never actually play". One wonders if they will ever run out of the worst games ever made to give out for free every week. Why can't decent games be given out for free more frequently? I honestly don't even think it's worthwhile to log in after work hours every Thursday any more

I hate Epic Games. I don't understand how they land so many exclusivity deals with this crappy launcher. Everything runs worse on their system. I left a photo of the type of stuff I deal with them every single time I try to play a game on their platform. I know this wouldn't happen if I was on Steam. Most of the time, I have to play for a little while, then shut the entire thing down and reopen it. It's awful. I also hate Fortnite. I hate everything about this company. Thanks for making my life a little $#*!tier, Epic.

Seems they have an automated system to detect cheating but it rarely works for people that know how to hide cheats. You will almost always get banned for blatant cheating or talking about cheating on voice as I believe they have an AI system that listens to your every move. It's also a problem because anyone with more than 20 viewers has the power to ban anyone they want with the stupid system whether they were cheating or not. I do not recommend spending your time on any game that they have.

I am new to Epic, I've only had an account for a few months, but I got hooked on the game Fortnite. I played religiously, paid extra for in game benefits, and worked hard to complete all achievements and quests. I loved it. However, suddenly while I was playing I was booted from the game and a notice popped up saying my account was banned for 24 hours due to "exploiting". I was really confused and had to look up what it was referencing and realized that this was a mistake. I did my due diligence and got a hold of Epic Games Support to get the issue rectified. I spoke to 2 different agents that kept copy and pasting the same messages to me and telling me they "wanted to, but couldn't help me". I asked them to escalate the ticket for me so that I could speak to a manager. Now, presumably they did, although there was no indication that I was indeed escalated to a different person. However, in the emails following the "escalation" I was informed that my ban was the result of supposedly utilizing "cheat software". Again, I knew this to be a mistake because that just wasn't true. I asked for additional information or avenues I could take to submit proof that this was in fact a mistake. I asked if there was anyone else I needed to speak with instead, I tried anything I could think of to get this rectified. However, through talking to them I was told again and again that they could not provide me with any information but that they "did not make a mistake" and would do nothing to help or look into it further. They did tell me however that not only was this now a permanent ban, but that it did not apply only to my account but to my entire device. They compromised my brand new laptop and will not allow it to play Fortnite on any account. At this point I asked for a refund of the money spent since I was wrongfully banned and they refused to rectify it. They then stopped responding to me all together but kept the ticket open to prevent me from submitting a new one.

Why are you putting crazy updates on fortnite, i.e. There is no new season or something, but you are putting updates on ps4, it takes 3 hours

Trash can of a game should end it company ideas are terrible just give up on a dead game. They try to make it better by adding random crossovers but are just tryna make the most money out of the game that's already dead. Instead of adding good updates they add new skins.

I have been reported and permanently banned but they won't tell me why.
I haven't broken code of conduct but was hacked but epic games won't talk to me.
Be aware. They are dodgy

Epic Games customer service is appalling terrible and unresponsive. My son got several Fortnight vcards for Christmas. We followed the process to redeem and they never showed up in his account. I opened a ticket on 12/24 and literally didn't receive a response until a month later. They then sent another email a day later that they were closing the ticket because I didn't respond in a timely manner.
