Nothing works $#*! download speeds takes money from devellopers etc. i really think that steam is better has more games to offer and epic games is just $#*!

Spent loads of money with them, acct got hacked, they couldn't care less. Not interested in helping recover it, have just given it to the hackers no questions asked. Won't spend another penny, they should be embarrassed that their reviews are so bad

Just horrible service, if you compare it to Steam, Epic does not even exist. Cannot get my account back. Third person I ask to help now.

Life is not money epic. Invest in your player base. All you want is money and overlook what is giving you that money

There are no words that can describe my frustration. I have the invoices for all the games I bought with this platform in my email and it is not possible to recover anything in my account.
The support does not work. I have had games since 2021 and my account has not worked since then. 2 years ago.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Epic Games' customer support. Despite providing clear evidence of my hacked account and ownership, their only proposed solution was email verification. I have invested money in this account, and the lack of assistance or alternative resolutions is highly frustrating. I expected more from a company of this stature.

I've contacted Epic Games customer service multiple times to change the email that's linked to my Epic Games account. I lost the password to the email a few years ago and every attempt at trying to get the email back fails. Whenever I contact support they're of no help, no matter what type of information I provide. I have full access to the Epic Games account, I know almost every purchase ever made on the account, I have access to the PayPal linked to the account, etc. The support is utterly and completely useless. I've had the email changed for other corporations such as Steam, Microsoft, and a few other gaming companies, and each time their support was very helpful and sorted out my issue. However, Epic Games support doesn't even bother giving me a real statement instead, they reply with some copy-pasted comments. Pathetic.

Every gun I this game only works for certain consoles that should not be like that an controllers does not have aim assist you can barely hit anything for 10 foot even streamers an pro players complain so why can't we get at least so things fixed like only being able to play with your own console Xbox plays with Xbox pc plays with pc it's only fair for the game community that's actually playing the game

Customer service was absolutely horrible horrible! They just closed the chat sorry nothing we can do and closed the chat and case.

My child got a permanently banned they hardware banned his computer he spent all his money from holidays, birthdays on Fortnite skins and other items, he's 9 did he make a mistake and install software he had no idea about yes. Did we completely reformat his PC yes they didn't care. First time ever being banned they wouldn't even work with us we stayed we instant a temporary ban is far but no they took it so so far to hardware ban the computer WE PAID FOR! Disgusting people they should be ashamed!

As a minor they also didn't contact the guardian of his account which is so disgraceful, our child did not sign the TOS his parent did but no that doesn't matter.

Would never recommend EPIC they will break your kids hearts and rip you off! Do not spend a dime on them!

`This game is acutally so trash crashing every 30 mins for 5 mins game needs a serious update. Please do something about this that will stop this crashing, should of already been tested before bring the game out.

I purchased a DLC for MechWarrior 5. Heroes of the Inner Sphere. After giving them 20 dollars I got a game in my library that wont launch. I wasted a whole night trouble shooting it and I'm so angry. I just want my money back.

First of all my account has been hacked and there is just no way i can get it back! The support program are just bots always saying: "your email is not monitorized" or something like that!
Piracy just does nothing...
And email change Takes too long to reply, it taked 3 days and some hours to reply to my email!
The games are also the most virused games i've ever seened in my entire life...
Fortnite is every update 100 bugs more rich, Even the lowest graphics freez your whole game on a rtx 3000 or something...
Epic games gets maybe like the double of average men monthly money while we work harder then they do...
Like how are you not replying to a almost 4 days old email when the only thing you need to do is replying to peoples reaquests.

If you dont change it back to og fortnite im affriad we'ew gonna have some issues buckroo. Wait. I hear something... something in my closet,,,,,, is that? A HACKER? NO. EVEN WORSE. A SWEAT. I know you care about your little indie storyline so we cant go back to the old season but im here to tell you that NO ONE CARES! PLEASE JUST STOP UPDATING THE GAME. Thank u
