When I hoped on rocket racing this morning I got on readied up and it said I was in first and I was not in the starting line with all the others and I was I first and I logged out to see if that had something to do with it and it was still the same I restarted my game still the same and then I got and it wouldn't let me boost so epic you need to fix your game bc its not right

If I could rate 0 stars I would, the platform is absolutely terrible and the game developers they have are atrocious. Uninstalling and never even thinking to reinstall again. Absolutely disappointed.

I've been signed out of my account for 3 years, and when I finally figured out how to change the email Epic Games responded within an hour and I got the problem solved within a day. They were kind and very helpful with the scenario.

Fortnite sucks so bad. They neeeeeed to bring og back for longer. Put more bots in zero build lobbies and charge less for v bucks. The item shop for the past month has sucked. I'm looking to buy a new skin but the shop is so bad I can't find any good things to buy. Also the battle pass is terrible. I neeed better skins. Add stewie from family guy as a backbling. Get better :(

Already 10 emails have been sent back and forth and it is still not resolved when logging into my account. I only hear thank you for your patience and then a standard message again which does not solve the problem. This has been going on for 3 months now

Bought 2 Fortnite gift cards for $19.99 for my grandson. Both came up "invalid". Web sight does not exist. Epic games does not respond. Total rip off. My grandson is devastated that a company would steal Christmas gifts from a child.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of epic games by phone? My son's account was hacked he has been playing since the game came out and has so much money into the game. Epic games is telling him they cannot do nothing about it. Now I know there's others who have put a lot of money into this game so if I were u I would stop giving them ur money. If our accounts can't even be secured from hackers we no longer can trust epic games. This is stealing money and I really need help. Make sure you are prepared to jump through 100 hoops. Verify a ridiculous amount of information. Be ready for frustrated kids and husbands trying to figure this $#*! out too. It would be best if Epic made a simple REDEEM button in all of their games. Like a V Bucks card for Fortnite as an example. There has to be an easier way.

I was playing fortinte ranked everything was okay until i killed a player and not even a minute after the game just kicked me out

No way to link accounts that doesn't have under an hour of work and extreme stress. I've purchased a little under 50 dollars worth of items on Xbox and now I can't link my account to my new ps5. It takes forever to even get into my account and it never loaded in. It just makes you make a new account so you can't even log in to your existing account.
