I try to link my nintendo fortnite account to my xbox and epic makes it so hard to merge account and when i try it tells me i can't log in even tho i get the email and approve all of the request on top of that there's nobody to call and i literally can't access my skins that i spent so much money on i am beyond furious.

I had to wait for 4 hours for the new Fortnite season and it said the server is off line and I can't play anymore.

Trying to sign in and its telling me to create an account. Ive been playing on this account for years. Games wont launch either. GO FOR STEAM, let them go bankrupt their service is $#*!.

It sucks I can't login or reset password it's saying my email is invalid when it is valid I can't reset my password because it's saying it can't utilize the database I just want to play some Fortnite but epic games sucks

It took 2 hours for the fortnite queue then it failed and now the epic games wont work and i cant get vbucks

We can all agree that removing player-to-player trading in rocket league was the worst decision epic games could make.

We can also all agree that epic games shouldn't remove player-to-player trading. There are players around the world that used this for giveaways. They gave to the children who wanted an awesome preset.

Epic RUINED the game rocket league. Rocket league is not rocket league without trading.

First off fortnite. The hacking and cheating is ridiculous. Epic doesn't care as a matter of fact they promote it. Epic as a whole is trash. I have fortnite founders copy and thousands of dollars and hours invested in the game. The Battle Royal side is hacked up full of cheaters and ridiculous. Fortnite makes a million dollars a day but can't keep the cheaters out. I used to love playing rocket League. Which I have thousands of dollars invested in and thousands of hours. As soon as epic took it over. It turned to s***. Anything epic gets involved in is straight trash. They don't care about the gamers or anybody else who pays for their games. All they care about is the money.

I have spent a significant amount of time and money on Fortnite and Epic Games. After having a child, I was excited to resume playing. However I found I have been locked out of my account. I was able to confirm that Epic has the correct email for my account but they will not send me a password reset. When I attempted to contact them to gain access to my account I found the ONLY way to resolve my problem is over email with a support ticket. The email they sent me was that there were "security concerns" that prevent them from making any changes to the account (including sending me a password reset I suppose). Worst "service" I have ever experienced. Enjoying Fortnite isn't worth dealing with your trash service.

You guys suck at running all of your games ever sense you guys took over this crap it all went down hill so fast nothing is working anymore and it sucks all i wanted to do is play. DO BETTER!

I just want to play with my brother and I have to do this loog thing and I did it and I put the code in and it said the code is wrong so that why I what parent conchal off and deleted for good

Im over here trying to GIVE YOU MONEY and it just not possible and whenever i try to contact customer services the request fails. I looked at some polls and it said that no issues were reported today. I was like "YEAH NO $#*!, YALLS CUSTOMER SERVICES ROBOTS AINT WORKING!"

I forgot my epic games email it was made 5-6 years ago while playing fortnite for the first time so i wanted to restore my email or change it so i can be able to activate 2FA and trade items in rocket league, i contact support 5 days ago, and send them every thing they asked for, but those guys doesn't really care about helping customers they just want there day to end and to be seems like they answering requests, they pass my issue through 3 support agent now, and everyone keep asking same question and i provided everything like online id, list of email possible used and my PSN email and epic games id in game, with no help at all

If I could give zero stars I would.
If my boys didn't play the game, I wouldn't be playing the game.
Just the worst experience.
Constantly freezing, not rendering, I don't load into the game until a minute or two after everyone else is already on the ground.
Then when i do get to the ground half the time I can't run or jump or open chests.
Constantly standing and waiting for the game to actually function, I get stuck in floors and walls etc.
Never happened before the latest update.
Didn't have a single problem before the newest update which is now fortnite og, which, I'll say again, is utterly terrible.
If you don't have to play it, then don't.
Like I said, only reason I play is to bond with my two sons.
I'll be trying to get them into something else immediately.
