I don't feel safe anymore on this platform. I lost my account and no one helped me recover it, and I did every step fine. I sent my recent payment on my PayPal account transactions and the full details they asked for! I just didn't expect that from big name Epic Games to tell me that I can't recover my account after all; they just said they can't reach their own protocol. What a reason!
I did this to riot games and every platform game when I lost access and got hacked, and I recovered them all except epic games. I really should warn everyone thinking to buy or play anything on this unsecured platform. Really, thanks for not helping me. Thanks for giving a chance to the hacker that he owns my account now. I regret picking up this platform. Thanks for the steam.

This company is just a smoke bomb. They've created the most overrated and $#*!ty shooter ever, ok, I don't play it, I don't care... But then thou bought Rocket League and took the same brainless $#*! raised in captivity guy decisions could took... The best for videogaming is this $#*! of company to disappear.

I was banned yesterday at fortnite for no reason and they didnt even bother to care i had proof of of not cheating but still they are being some jerks.

I called the phone number to talk to a live agent but it only has chat available which is suspicious since most people spend a lot of money on fort nite. I chatted with an agent and ask them to temporarily suspend my account without deleting anything they said they could. Now I am locked out of the account and can't get back in. They give you ridiculous questions to answer. Like the numbers and security code on the card I used approximately 3 years ago and the date I started fort nite, the ip address when I started approximately 3 years ago, the town i started in, and the email address i used. Then they messaged they don't monitor that email address. These people are liars! A lot of money wasted, no live agent to talk to, very shady company! Customer support is the worst here! Spend your money somewhere else with a live agent!

There staff are very very kind and nice and helpful
And there games are fun with quality updates to make the player happy

Gave them all the correct information about my account including cc details. Of purchases ect, they just don't care and don't want to deal with anything terrible support

Why would you remove one of the best features of rocket league (trading)? Just to bring more vehicles over to other epic games... meaning fortnite? You ruined fortnite to the point I've not returned playing it. In my opinion you killed it with super powers... so I ventured off to rocket league to see you own that now also. And now you're removing things that have been in game since beginning days. A much better game than fortnite and now being slayed yet again. Why can't you just be happy ruining 1 game. I will never play another epic game again. You've disgusted me time and time again. Sadly it's time to say goodbye and delete my epic accounts and will give my best effort to take all my streamers and friends with me. Best of luck with the plummet you're about to embark on with rocket league alone. If there's one thing for sure... if there's a way to ruin something epic finds a way. And at least be curious to let us give you a lower rating than 1 because that's just being generous.

I bought a game and realized after about 20 days I hadn't played it at all, and it was an ubisoft game so I would have to make and sign into a different agent to be able to even play the game. Decided I'd get a refund to try something else. Keep in mind, store credit not cash refund. They won't do it and just say sorry.

Don't buy games or vbucks or whatever from Epic Games.

So I got this card off a friend for the 2800 vbuck card and no matter how hard I try to login the PlayStation account it says sign in with the email used to create the account ok invalid try again invalid I check the email made with the account on the PlayStation and it's the literal exact same and still don't work don't get the vbuck cards there just rip off get the PlayStation store cards it's so much quicker and easier

Terrible is the nicest way of putting it spend hundreds of dollars on this company and when my account gets hacked they do nothing about it. Give them all the info they want and it's still not enough. Just a horrible experience all around.

I luv epic games it's amazing and my parents and me use this more then any thing and we especially luv fortnite, but since my nintendo email was unable to be used I had to create a new account for my ps4 and after a while I got sick of having to manage my two accounts for leveling up and my skins and I just wanted it to be one big account and I thought "well surely there is a way to merge these accounts and all my things in them" I do some research and find out that there was once a account merging option. Im not saying bring it back forever but even test it if ppl abuse it again get rid of it but there are thousands of ppl wanting to merge there account including me. So pls epic, bring it back.
