Even when removed it from startup programs it still launches itself every startup... its essentially a virus... removed it from my comp after it ignored startup settings...

So I'm trying to remove a restriction from my epic games account right, I no longer have access to the email that's provided with my epic account. Thinking costumer service would help I contact them; and what they do end the chat before even solving the problem. Go epic games! Figured they would be help sense I've dropped so much money on my epic games account nope. And all I wanna do is play Fortnite on my switch.

The Epic game launcher has always been not so hot. It also will forget your "remembered" password quite a bit. Bad experience over all.

My issues with Epic Games is how dang glitchy their site is. Also my fortnite account has been hacked not once but TWICE now and i use a xbox account so there is ZERO login information. This means it is completely epics fault for releasing my info. To make matters worse there is no easy fix to get someone out of your account. It is outrageous. Then when i try to reset my password it is pathetic how bad their site is. Every time i go to change from email verification to a text message verification the website just poops it's self and i have to start all over. I know its a lot to as for epic to make a working video game that isn't broken but PLEASE for the love of god fix your gd website so i can at least attempt to try and play your stupid games. I personally think that is is absolutely embarrassing for a tech company to have a broken website. The fact that the mcdonald's app on my phone has better site reliably than one of the leading tech companies is laughable. Anyways if you can't fix your game at least fix your site. Thank you :)

Bout to start leaving a one star review every single day until I start seeing the message pop up that someone has been banned with all the Smurfs I report with no wins and are somehow in champ rank and they never get banned. Y'all could never compare to the original owners. Y'all have ruined the game and let players continue to ruin it. The new owners are a waste of space. Shouldn't be aloud to have more than one account made on a single console.

Imagine buying hundreds of dollars of ganes that you can't get anywhere else just to be told you're not allowed to play them because you don't have the worlds fastest internet. Literally sitting gere unable to play ANY of the Kingdom hearts games which are SINGLE PLAYER GAMES if you didn't know because I don't have good internet also the launcher is like hey yeah we support offline mode and even enabled it tells me yeah theyre not supported do now they're just taking up space and im left annoyed and done with this company

Epic games provide a really easy time to uninstall your video games. Simply queue the game and wait a whole eternity to get rid of your game. Unlike steam where the game will just disappear, epic games really let us users reflect on ourselves whether to keep uninstalling the game or not. $#*! you mean queued for uninstallation?

I highly recommend that parents really watch their children playing with epic games, especially FORTNITE. My son was totally scammed by an older teenage boy he thought was his friend who portrayed himself to be only 15 or 16 years of age, pretended to be best buddy buddy with my boy, scammed him for his entire account and wiped everything out, changed his account information and passwords and stole his entire account which had about $1000 worth of stuff he bought for that account. I contacted Epic games about the problem and they did not help at all. They could not resolve anything and kept asking me for the emails that were attached to the account, when I gave them all the emails and information twice. THEN they told me to free up the email so that they can send information to my email and I asked them over and over what does FREE UP my email mean? There is nothing wrong with my email! So just so much back and fourth talk that wasn't getting anywhere at all, I literally just got sick of it and gave up. BEWARE they DO NOT have NO security against these scammer kids and will just give people the run around to recovering their accounts back!

I had a code for a cosmetic that I send to them with the question if it is possible to have it still added to my account because it was expired, they could look it up in their system from the first time and answer with a yes or no, instead I had to wait for 2 days for a response asking to send wich error it gave. So far my hope since I already mentioned it was expired, then just send a simple screenshot. Took them surprisingly 4 days to simply say oh okay could you say if it's for a cosmetic or vbucks. That was the question so I answered it simply and then it took them 3 days again to ask wich cosmetic it was, just answered simply again, then they took a full week for a response and just said hey we know you love free cosmetics here is a useful link and they closed the ticket instantly without answering my question wich could have been yes or no. Done with this company your better of starting to grind all your progress again since it will take less time then contacting this absolute abomination of a mess.

I hate how I have to take off parental controls to trade in rocket league, and how you guys make it so hard to take parental controls off

U need to change ur games so that u can play only up Fortnite with split screen! I can play only up now!

Takes forever to load the client itself, then takes another forever to load a game. Not to mention you need to start it up for you to play a game.
