Essentially, I have had a number of technical issues and was recently banned from Fortnite - one of their games. Now one might think that a ban was desevered or I'm just a kid being stupid. Well I can assure you that I did nothing warranting a ban, but have been refused to be given a reason for the ban. And overall, their customer service is complete BS filled with people that don't really listen to you, are completely full of bull since and don't actually resolve issues in any long capacity. For instance, I was having a recurring technical problem with crashing in a game and after many back and forth email -- which it takes a day just to get a response back which the I have to say it didnt work, then I wait another day to get another useless response. Then I finally get a solution that seemed to fix the issue - oh wait the issue is back three weeks later. Yeah, that happened for months. And I get that legally there is nothing wrong here because of their TOS, but you shouldn't treat essentially customers like that. Its downright disrespectful and disgusting. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The account linking process is absolutely terrible I just spent an hour or so trying to link my correct rocket league account to my steam account and its an absolute pain in the $#*! and now I have to wait a whole two weeks until my account is deleted just so i can link the email that was associated with that account to my xbox account
With their hands sets on fire instantly. Deleting once and for all and never coming back. If i could rate it at negative 5, i'd do it with no second thought.

The loot pool is not the best I can find a maven at the start than everyone else has gold purple blue havoc shotguns so I believe that they could up the spawn rate of the havoc
This game is a 10/10 game! HOWEVER... the fact that the game can be SO influenced from ping is disgusting. Epic games has had multiple opportunities to fix or correct the gap between ping. They have 3 different servers in North America and I still get better ping on League of Legends' ONE server and it's further away from me than either West or Central servers in Fortnite. The exploiting that has been allowed in Fortnite should have been fixed years ago. I submitted a video submission of being able to build an entire box outside of a closed box by exploiting. Epic Games staff never got back in contact then deleted my ticket. People being able to shoot through builds if you have higher ping is SUCH an advantage that it makes millions of gamers not want to play. Epic Games needs to fix something or else players who aren't in the 3 states where the servers are at can't play. Pro's across the North American continent are all having to move to the server location because it makes THAT big of a difference. L Epic Games, 100%.

I uninstalled and refuse to play any game used by epic games launcher. Every game whether it's Fortnite, dauntless even fall guys I have crashes over and over again. With a 3090 and a ryzen 9 5950x I have no issues with EA, battlenet or steam. If you put time, money and effort i to your software development and servers you'd actually might have a reputable company
I forgot the email and password that i used to make my account. I asked for help to get it back and they took me from live chat to email. They asked questions for me to verify its my account. I answered and then they didn't respond for 30 min so i asked another support rep and they wanted to go to email. I explained ''this is what the last guy did before ghosting me please don't do the same'' they said ''i have the luxury of time to help you'' and then proceeded to ghost me after me answering the questions. After an hour and me triple emailing back still no reply. Just use steam this company is worthless to consumers
It's difficult to know exactly what to say other than Epic Games supposed customer service is non existent. Absolutely appalling treatment of its paying customers. All I wanted to do was change my country to the one I'm now residing in but apparently according to Epic Games secret information I don't live in the country that I'm actually living in. I've asked if I can supply proof but to no avail. They just keep coming back with the most unhelpful emails without answering any of the questions I've asked. It appears there's nothing I can do since I'm up against a brick wall of stupidity. Goodness knows what these employed customer service bots actually do all day other than spend their time annoying their paying customers by being incredibly unhelpful. Truly unbelievable business policies which seem to only care about profit. I can only hope that Apple wins the case that Epic Fail has brought against them and in the process shaves a few billion off their exorbitant bank balance. They don't even deserve one star but sadly I couldn't give them a big fat zero. Epic Fail indeed.
