The alien spaceships are so annoying you can't even block them whenever they shoot a little power balls at you I'm just trying to play it regular game of fortnight and the Powerball‘s of the alien spaceship or whatever start shooting at me and fortnight is getting very very boring now that if you have an alien spaceship you're literally over everybody else you're stronger than them you can shoot your little things at them you can it's like 10 out of 100% chance that you can like survive the blast it takes three blast is for me to die and it's very annoying

Me and my friends decided to try fortnite again after not playing for 2 years or so. I log on and I have nothing, no cosmetics I unlocked or purchase, no player level etc...

After a quick email to epic they looked into it and told me I was banned for cheating?! Not sure how since I haven't played in years and I'm on a console, if I'm able to cheat through that I'm not smart enough to know how. Anyways they won't refund me or help me and insist I cheated without telling me what I "did"

Epic games is by far the WORST game company ever. It's a pain in the butt to sign in because whenever i try to sign in it says i need to create an account. Someone pls help me

I have been using my account for months, i had a different email address, so i requested an email address change. The new email address was changed. I enabled 2 Factor authentication. It was fine. I kept logging in normally, but i realized that there was an error message near the new email address.
At this point i deleted the old email address as it was not in use anymore. The old email was only created for this epic game account. Now i am thinking, i have my current email address, i have 2 factor athentication so everything is good. I decided to contact Epic games to see why theres an error.
Surprise, my account is now disabled, now they say we need IP address, bank card information, Invoice IDs (which all invoices were sent to the OLD email) and now were deleted since i requested the old email to be closed. But i never used bank information. I never attached other accounts as far as i remember. I have 2 epic games accounts, one with my full name and a secondary account with a random name.

Now i cant enter the account. Because they cant verify that i am the owner. I provide the last 2 passwords used, the IP address that was in use for the past months, i even provide 1 invoice ID sent to my new email. And i have ATHENTICATION ENABLED and also have recovery codes in case i lose the authentication.

This is not enough. They want more information and will not REACTIVATE the account which i did not request to disable.

Absolute worst customer service. My account got hacked and I provided them with all the information needed to get my account back and they say its wrong but wont say what's off. I literally provided info to the very first purchase, card numbers, locations of where purchases were made with screenshots of the confirmation purchases but nope that's not good enough for their absurd customer service based in god knows what country. Screw this company.

This company that has rocket league for free is stealing games from sites, compoanes and they make them worse so pls dont epic games because like they destroyed fortnite and pls i want this company to fix the game because i put up with always 2v1 because my teamate always disconects and they dont get banned

Please fix the lag i just lag for no reason and im on 20 ping and i dont like the new season i think u should just take out ai boys and stop letting people spray

If I could give these guys a 0/5 I would. I don't even know where to start... Their customer service is shady & shoddy. They use fake names like Apple Cider, and they have ZERO intentions of actually helping any of their customers.

I have an account that I let me daughter use -- I do not play the game myself even though I do enjoy playing other video games -- and I tried to surprise her for her bday by purchasing 2800 vbucks from their website on my phone under my account. The vbucks did not reflect on her Switch the next day so I emailed EG. In the meantime, since she was excited to use them, I ended up buying her 2800 directly through the Switch. When EG emailed me back, they explained that the purchase online doesn't actually apply to the account you purchased it for, but to the platform you purchase it on. What? So, I responded explaining what I was trying to do and that I would need a refund for my order since I already purchased the vbucks through the Switch. "Apple Cider" refused to help and refused to have the amount refunded, then had the audacity to say he hopes it doesn't hinder me from making future purchases. Well, of course it did! I just got ripped off from this joke of a company, why on Earth would I spend more money with them. I had to let my daughter know that they will no longer be getting a single penny from me. She understood because she too was irritated by the situation.

Honestly, it's extremely unfortunate that this company is kept in business. They are only in business because of their highly addictive game. I would compare this company to a tobacco company, except it is poison for the mind. If you're smart, you will stop giving this company money. Stick with Steam.

Game sucks now because glyph master is to over powered nerf him because I cant get a single shot on him without being killed instantly

Not really worth the hassle. Always have trouble and ending up spending too much time on website to get it to work. Nevermind!

Chinese controlled company that does nothing but manufacture problems and demand you pay them for a solution. They are taking away options for people to pick what company they want to support. Without the problems they have manufactured there is absolutely no reason to use their platform unless you're a child who thinks fortnite is the best game in history. PS THE CEO IS THE MOST GREASY LOOKING HUMAN I HAVE SEEN NEXT TO RANDY PITCHFORD.

Bought game, it sucked, tried to return and was told that I couldn't because I had left it paused for too long. Literally, because I got bored and walked away from it, which kept the timer going.

I ended up canceling service and deleting account. Won't deal with them.
Went to credit card to get refund on $#*!ty game.
Steam gives refunds reasonably.

Ive been playing rocket league for roughly 5 years and have rarely had issues, but since epic games has taken over it has been the worst sad experience of my life, what was once a fun game is now a toxic cesspool of neckbeards and morons. Not to mention alot of the features they implement into the game are $#*!ing useless and don't work most of the time. Don't have a join party match button if it isn't gonna $#*!ing work. Eat $#*! epic

If I could vote this game 0 starts then that's what it would be! I'm so disappointed and annoyed that I even downloaded this sh%# In the FIRST place, I have waited over 10 + hours to download a game and now I'm waiting another 10 HOURS over 20 + hours in total! I was not expecting to reinstall it after I reinstalled Epic games I was expecting my downloaded games to stay downloaded! Thanks to this SH*% app I have lost all of my progress on GTA 5! I'm so pissed off and annoyed that this even Fu#%$*# happened Absolutely Sh! T app and I don't recommend it at all!

If I could give half a star i would. They force you to log into the same account. Everything is super complicated when you on console. They have ruined rocket league for me!
