I purchased Assassins Creed Valhalla through them and was not sent a verification code in order to play the game. If you're gonna sell Ubisoft games on your sight please for the love of god send the people the code so they can play the game they waited forever to play and had the audacity to spend $60 through your horrible store.

Stop asking to verify everything I lose my epic games account because of that so I'm losing all my stuff I worked for

GAME: Fortnite
PROBLEM: account is not connected to epic games but it "appears" connected
AS A RESULT: did not get the Boogie Down - can not receive/send gifts - can not enter tournaments
SUPPORT HELP: 5 mails, from 4 different employees, repeating the same answer again and again, heating brick wall suggestions
BLAMING EPIC GAMES FOR: Not being clear with the procedure I had to follow, when I first connected to Fortnite
Not keeping things simple, for those who do not have hack abilities
Not solving the problem, but keeps sending me the same e-mail over and over again.

I can't verify my account so it's point less to trade this is so annoying I used to be able to trade without verifying my account but now u do what a waste if u don't have 2fa can't trade in rocket League

Fortnite is dog $#*! you made the worse game vault or increase the damage on lever action shot guns.

I had to download this P. O. S. Launcher to get an SDK (that was free btw and only available on this turd of a service). On day one it worked fine and ran correctly with admin rights (giving admin rights to 3rd party back doors rankles me on principle if nothing else). The UEEdtitor did its thing. Next day? Can't save anything (no permissions).

So, find UEEditor. Exe, give IT admin permissions, and a shortcut. Works fine. But if you try to run it from the launcher (necessary if there are any updates) it says failed to launch. I can switch back to using the crappy "EPIC" launcher after removing admin rights to UEEditor. Exe and it launches but wont let it save anything. So I can only hope when an update rolls around, I can do the permission change to get the update then change it back again so I can keep working with the editor.

And if I uninstall the laucher, they say it uninstalls any games (I only have the SDK but its like 60 gig and don't want to download that behemoth again).

Companies like this deserve to be put out of business.

Long story short- Epic Launcher is an EPIC FAILURE in almost every way. If you chose/have to use it at all use it at your own peril, otherwise STAY AWAY!

Cant even move game locations, imagine your engine being so poorly designed i have to uninstall it, to put it elsewhere.

I do not like epic games the risen why is because when I am trying to change my account I do not get the code from epic game, and it is not some thing with my email it is epic game. I would no have this problem if they did not add 2fa to the trading of rocket league. This is way I gave epic games a 1 star.

I wish there was another way to play games instead of going through epic. They are horrible when it comes to customer service and even worse when it comes to fixing account issues.

This company had the best game, then they just decide to not listen or communicate with the community and they ruin it. They banned me for an innapropriate name even though they let me choose the name in the first place

Online Customer Service support is completely unorganized and unable to assist in a timely manner. Keep throwing the online inquiry to different people and keep asking the same questions again and again. Would never recommend to use and to deal with.

Don't waste your time with this scam company.

Happy take your money, but not happy to resolve issues when they're launcher can't be installed.

Pathetic customer service, all reading of a sheet, once the issue isn't on the sheet they can't help because they lack capacity of intelligence.

Stick with Steam to remain safe

The worst video game platform with a LOT of missing features. They keep buying exclusivity on some games hoping that people stick with it but does not work as it vastly inferior to Steam.

I was recommended I make an account on Epic Games to play with one of my friends. Making the account was easy and straight forward enough to do, but when it came time to actually play the game? The word impossible comes to mind. I opened the game launcher as was required to play, and input my information. However it sent me to this "pick all the pictures with a bus in it" which were very small, impossible to enlarge, not to mention there were 2 pages of them?!
Needless to say I failed every single time to the point of being locked out of my brand new account.
I do not wear nor do I need glasses but those images were impossible to see even with me putting my face right up to the screen. Epic Games is absolutely not user friendly.

I would advise everyone to never purchase a thing from this cowboy company. I purchase cyberpunk from them with a brand new gaming pc. When it didn't work and the technical team couldn't resolve it, I asked for a refund. This was within 14 days of the purchase and as I couldn't even access the game, there was no way I could play and didn't play for more than two hours. I should therefore have been eligible for a refund but they kept refusing without giving an explanation and also refusing to give me their complaint procedure. Eventually they came back to say I had spent over 200 minutes on the game which was total rubbish.
It feels like an illegitimate company and I am taking legal action against them. In the meantime, to everyone, my advice is never ever purchase from them.

I bought a $30 game a few months ago and I installed it. Not only does it break my mouse cursor, but its also impossible to select any of the options in the settings menu to change it. Since its a few months ago, I can no longer get any of the $30 back. On top of that, I can't even take screenshots to prove the mouse glitch so you will just have to take my word for it.
In conclusion, if you want to buy games, just use steam. I've never experienced any problem like that with steam and it is very reliable.
