My son tried to setup an account for his sister. In the process somehow all of his progress an v-bucks got moved to her account. Well she did not want to play and after (this is not a joke) 16 emails back and forth with customer service they are not willing to just move things back to his account or refund him his money. The CEO should be ashamed of this lack of support for the community. These are kids and to them these silly skins and such mean a lot. Very unprofessional and lacking any empathy.

I been struggling for 23 days now via email as they don't offer phone contact.
I wasted money and time. I still don't have the game on my console.
This is, in my opinion, theft!

Ruined my favorite game, I've lost all my love for rocket league thanks to this $#*!ty $#*!ing company. You've made it free which is amazing, but in return you made the game a absolute piece of $#*! nightmare. "Can't connect to epic servers". Not being able to transfer all inventory from console to PC and countless other $#*!ty problems that the company just ignores because they don't care about anyone or anything but the money they make.

My friend I got the game ark free on epic game. We wanted to play on our favorite maps so we bought an ark dlc "package". After many tries and research, we find out that you can play with friend only if you are on a real serv. That means your game is still going if you're not playing and if you want to be in a private serv, you have to pay for it. So we decided to return the dlc and go play on Steam. But because we played more than 2 hours on the game we can't return it. The problem is that we were like 10 min on the dlc we bought and the rest of the time, we were on the ark menu for trying figure out how to play in our game together. This "lag" of the game on epic store is there since more than a year. They never fixed it even with a lot of requests and comment of players.

I am extremely disappointed with this platform, which wants to play in the top leagues but does not give itself the means...
My problem is, as the customer support at EpicGames have mentioned, "unique", and with "unique" problem, we expect a "unique" solution. Well, EpicStore's solution (after many and many mails and discussion) here has been to simply ask me to recreate an account and REDEEM all of my games (more than 40...)! There it would be long and tedious to describe the problem in detail, which is an imbroglio between the creator of an Epic account (in 2018), an error in the link email (by this creator) and an inconceivable weakness in the account security and in the management email attached to the account which led to the fact that without knowing it I recovered at the creation of an account (in 2020) the account of this famous creator of 2018 (without knowing it) and after 1 year of cohabitation on the same account (without knowing it again), a simple change of password triggered all a cascade of events and led to the fact that today I no longer have access to the account that I had funded with 40 to 50 of good games...
In short, if I have only one word, AVOID Epic Games, AVOID spending money on this platform as much as possible if you do not want to discover one day that you fund someone else's account... EPIC GAMES IS THE WORST GAME PLATEFORME EVER EXPERIENCED

I like many others purchased Cyperpunk 2077. From Epic I have above minimum specs for this game with my asus rog strix laptop, and yet 5 minutes into the game it turns my laptop off, I ready that the PS store had taken in down from their store and were giving refunds so after several failed attempts at playing this POS game. I emailed them to see if they too Like PS store, and Amazon who is refunding me for the ps4 game i had gotten for my daughter, as well as the pc downloadable version I had gotten for my son, but I stupidly got the one for myself from EPIC huge huge mistake as they must start counting your play time the moment you log into their launcher and start to download the game. I made a mistake and downloaded it on the wrong machine so had to download it twice. Never actually played more then maybe an hour which includes the 40ish minutes it was locked up while I cooked for my kids and didnt notice. But they claim I had over 2 hours of play time and that is their cut off for any sort of refund, but get this... the first customer service employee who replied back told me that yes I was due a refund and I would just need to click a link to verify my account and email address which I did... once done I reply back asking if their as any other steps and get hit with another customer service person telling me my refund was denied for playing more then two hours... which unless they counted both installs as play time there was no way i could have possibly went over even an hour... I am totally dissatisfied and will make sure everyone who uses my pc repair services knows not to every buy a product from them again

Epic games you guys have got to remove the minigun because it is waaaaayyyyyyyyyyy to op and if you guys don't remove it i's gonna be your fault when people start to delete it. And also I played it this morning expecting it to be amazing witch i thought it was just okay and it seems like you guys just want the money because if i want like 1,500 vbucks or something i have to pay 100 dollars! That would not even be worth it because im spending 100 real dollars for 1,500 fake dollars and the fact that its 10 gigabytes is insane because on my nintendo switch if want to download a new game it's always fortnite that's in the way even if the new game is not even 1 gigabyte fortnite is still in the way so fix the game before people delete it if you even care about the game!

I literally wasted two days of my life trying to access my sons account. I spent five hours trying to figure out how to connect my sons Epic account to his PSN. After giving in I reached out to customer service rep named Golf Bravo, just from the name I should have known I wasn't going to get far. Which I didn't... I spent from 10 this morning till 3:45 this afternoon, sending information about every account I could think of, just for this idiot to do nothing, I literally reached out to another customer and figured it all out pretty much myself using the same information I gave Mr. Bravo.

Was refuse a refund based on the fact that i played more than 2 hour. But i personally only played 40 minutes before being hacked over night. Was informed by ubisoft that my account was jeopardize. So i changed everything. Double verified. Amd the next day inwas hacked again. My game was converted to japanese permanently. Now i cant even play my game. Tried very hard to fix this, with the help of ubisoft. They told me this can't be fixed and im initialed to a refund. Epic still refuses.

Epic Games customer support is the WORST I have ever experienced!. If I could give theme zero start I will do with all means...
When I contact them to let theme know that my son's account has been hacked instead of helping me they inactive my two accounts the PlayStation & the PC so required a list of security questions assume that they helping me to restore my account
I sent theme so much information such as IP address screenshot of the oldest purchases invoice,
(how can I keep an email from three years ago show a proof of purchase!), also the asked for last log in and last 4 digits of the credit card that used first time when I opened my account (which is 4 years ago!) etc. The list goes on. It seems to me you dealing with robots if you don't providing theme exactly of what they need as an accurate answer you doomed! So they still not convinced enough that I am the owner of the account
They states that they cannot help!
I COULD NOT BELIEVE OF HOW DUME THAY ARE AND THE WAY THEY BEEN TRAINTED!
THE FUNY IS the hacker having fun hacking my account changing my display name in my EPIC Game and Epic support cannot do S. About it!. What a joke my TWO sons have spent 100s of dollars between the two the accounts for the last three years by buying v-box/skins. And has lost it all.im literally fuming.
Worst customer support I have ever experienced.
Please do not buy anything from this company just play for free. Do not let theme fool you or your kids to spent even a penny on their games...

Hi, epic games me and my duo was playing duos then we was agains a solo and we was on 0 ping the whole match and when we was fighting last person ( who was solo) I got kicked of the match and my friend was lagging out! It has been very disappointed in epic games and it has been doing the same thing all week! Also be have been hacking me because somebody got me through the walls! Also, there was no one there and they beamed us from the other side of the map and we normally get a win every day!
