His professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference and stood out as one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Friendly service, provided exactly what I needed, picked me up at the body shop where my car was being repaired, had me just leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my car and they would take care of the rental return for me. Great service.

I was promised a comparable vehicle to the Chrysler 200 that I owned. I was told I would receive either a Toyota or a Nissan. This was not done. I was given a Mitsubishi Mira which was a very cheap and noisey ride. Disappointed that Enterprise did not fulfill what they told me would be offered.

I needed to rent a car for the day while mine was being repaired. Everyone at this Enterprise location was awesome. Nick (Manager) called me as soon as I made my reservation and along with Cade and Matt they provided excellent service for a fair price. They picked me up, gave me a better car than what I had reserved and then dropped me off at the shop when my vehicle was done. Highly recommend!

Kudos to Jandaly & Jade. Upon our arrival they anticipated a delay of about 30 minutes as our rental was still in wash bay, but by the time we finished checking in the car was ready. Properly cleaned, comfortable, well-running vehicle (Nissan Altima). And the ladies are very courteous & friendly... bonus!
(Definitely an improvement over our last experience in Feb, but I still would've given 4* then. There were a few snafus w the car, but the ladies were helpful along the way.)

This is the second time in three months I have rented from the Deerfield Beach location the woman who works there is amazing she's by herself and she is very efficient always pleasant always thank you for waiting and greet you when you walk in the door and when you turn your car in she always thinks you for renting from them. I will rent from them again
